Great hotel with very clean spacious rooms. Staff were very attentive and for my birthday sent a cake up to the room! Pool area always had spare beds whenever you wanted them. 1 minute walk to both the metro and bus station which was very convenient. We also got there early after an overnight flight and were able to check-in early which was very nice of them.

Throughly enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was great. The restaurant was spacious, with lots of variety at the buffer for breakfast and dinner! It’s also only a couple of minutes walking to the metro, so it’s easy to get to the Marina, Dubai Mall, etc. It’s also next door to the Ibn Battuta Mall, so you don’t have to go too far if you’re wanting to explore some shops or head out for a meal! Perfect location if you want to be somewhere quieter, while still having access to all the busier places in Dubai.

Horrible experience. I strongly advise against this hotel. Arrived at the hotel I pay for my stay. The next day I received a letter in my room telling me to come to reception to resolve my situation. Ahmad tells me that they made a mistake and that my last night was not billed. Either. I comply and pay her. One day before my departure I received a new letter telling me that I had to resolve my situation again. Mohammed tells me that they made a second mistake and that there is still one night to pay. So I am asked for a third payment barely 10 hours before my return flight!!!! It's incredible, I've never seen so many incompetent people. They tell me that they will keep the deposit for the 2 bath towels (75 euros!!!!!) to ensure that I pay the rest. Amazing. I ask at least that I be paid for the taxi to go to the airport (only 20 euros) as compensation for this level of incompetence. They refuse. What a shame and lack of professionalism. Never again.

All staff in this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating. They let us check-in 4 hrs early, which we were very thankful for and our room was nice and quiet. (Our room needs a bit of an update/refresh, but the beds are amazing!) Amenities to this hotel are excellent. The metro, the buses, and a huge mall are literally right outside the hotel doors. Great selection for Breakfast Buffet and very tasty. We didn’t use the pool area but lots of others did and they seemed to be enjoying it. Hotel is a bit out of the way, but the awesome metro connections and taxis take you to wherever you need to go (the taxis are quite reasonable and a bit cheaper than the Ubers). Was still a great stay!

When I ordered an airport transportation, they told me to come out at 06:00 AM, however it was actually 07:00AM. In order to be out at 06:00, I woke up at 04:30. I waited for one hour for nothing. I have a long two flights and good sleep before those flights were crucial for me. They just said Sorry and that’s all. I would also suggest they should have a socket somewhere near the bathroom for hairdryer or hair straighthener. I had to go to living room where there is no proper mirror to do that. Other than these, it was a nice hotel.
