Service exceptional, staff so happy, helpful and friendly. Rooms always fresh, clean and serviced 100% daily. Outstanding value for money. Only one negative- Package included spa vouchers, first hour massage was a 10/10 experience - second was 1/10 experience with no massage skills.

Awesome authentic Balinese hotel. Staff is so helpful and gracious and the breakfast bar is a feast. Puts big name hotels to shame. House keeping is exceptional and housekeeping goes above and beyond to assure room is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a genuine Bali experience.

My stay at Novotel Bali Benoa Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The cozy rooms and direct access to the beach added immense charm to the experience. The staff, fluent in multiple languages, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A special mention goes to Aditya at the front desk, whose superb assistance enhanced my stay. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. Overall, the hotel exudes excellence in every aspect. However, the surrounding roads could be quieter and darker at night, which may deter some from venturing out after dark. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience doesn't detract from the hotel's outstanding qualities. Novotel Bali Benoa Hotel truly offers a memorable retreat, blending comfort, hospitality, and convenience seamlessly.

I truly enjoyed Novotel Benoa. The check-in was extremely fast and very friendly. Not sure what the welcome drink was but it was good! All commodities are available within walking distance. The hotel is very welcoming and clean. The breakfast (which is my determining factor for a above-average hotel) is a treat, varied to accommodate longer stays - and avoid breakfast boredom. The pools are clean, well maintained and there are plenty of sun beds available. I also appreciated that the gym was open 24-7. The room (pool access) is spacious. I only wished there was a bathtub. But I enjoyed the lounger by the window. Bonus point for the bathrobe - so comfortable and stylish. I had to resist not to buy one from the hotel boutique. One suggestion for improvement: I would suggest body lotion is made available.

We booked our stay with Novotel Benoa via TripADeal. We ended up paying extra on arrival after being told the pool on the garden side was closed as we wanted easy access to the water. Our terrace room was gorgeous and we were really happy. Service was great, breakfast amazing, pool divine, people wonderful. The only tiny negative is that it’s quite far away from anywhere in particular!
