Loved this hotel! The staff are so friendly, attentive and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel! Breakfast is huge and offers a lot even for vegans which is excellent. Rooms are well kept, clean and spacious with comfy beds. The pool is huge and has lots of space to chill. The bar in the pool is fun too. Don't over think the negative comments picking over the smallest thing, this place is fabulous for relaxing.

The Alantara Sanur was a great place to spend several nights of our recent vacation. We were greeted with a welcome drink and flowers placed in our hair, and then taken to our lovely room that featured a patio and an outdoor shower. Along the way we were shown the pool and the restaurant. The buffet breakfast included Asian and western options, along with omelet and noodle soup stations, fresh fruits and juices, as well as coffees and teas. We found the pool to be most enjoyable earlier in the morning and in the evening, when it was less crowded. The staff are incredibly friendly and also very helpful when it comes to information and recommendations. The property itself is in a quiet location, so at night it was peaceful. My only real disappointment was when I went to use the bathtub in the room and the water was barely lukewarm. Other than that, we had a terrific stay.

Overall mixed reviews on this one. The room was nice with a big tub and cool outdoor shower. The pool is nice but the swim up bar is so high out of the water you almost have to kneel on the stool just to order a drink. The staff were very nice but we found the food for dinner and breakfast very average at best. There are so many options when in Bali that I think even though the room was nice, it's not in an area where you can easily walk to the beach and the pool is okay. I round up a 3.5 to a 4.

Everything was amazing in this hotel. The staff, the manager, the chef, everyone was lovely and kind. Thank you guys for your hospitality. I have nothing to add or to suggest as you’re amazing. Excellent. The spa is beautiful as well. We spent (me and my husband) St. Valentines day in this hotel and was such a lovely atmosphere. I am vegan and the chef took care of special food for me. Thank you a lot. I really suggest this hotel.

Our best hotel in Bali in this price category Pros: Very good price, you get luxury environment for your money. Staff is very kind, the pool is warm and nice, breakfast is delicious. Shower gel and shampoo smells really good, the air condition is very good. Cons: The wifi was very bad for us especially in the room. Sometimes our room had a bad smell, automatic air fresheners could be placed in the rooms. Others complained about the location of the Hotel, we think that it's close to the city, but unfortunately you have to go through the highway which is dangerous. I think the provided free shuttle service is very good and if you miss that you can use Grab, for only 1-2 USD you can get back to the hotel after you visited the city.
