Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful , reception and Housekeeping, specially security supervisor. We really loved staying here, I can’t thing of anything to complain about. The stay was perfect, the restaurants were amazing, the breakfast was delicious. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel! I spent almost two months here and am very pleased with my company's choice of hotel. Excellent breakfasts, good choice of dishes. During all this time, I never got tired of choosing different combinations of familiar ingredients. Great staff. All the staff are very polite and friendly. Special thanks to all the girls who met me at breakfast, especially Cheryll. You really made my day better (≧◡≦) ♡. Excellent location, you can quickly walk to the beach, close to the metro.

The highway just near by that building. Road has more than 15 Lines. Impossible to sleep or focus so take the room on Marina side if you’re not deaf. Pool is ok. Sun beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is 3 out of 5. Room is good. Anyway for 110-120 us per night it’s a good choice in this area.

A very good 4 Star hotel. Service is especially very nice. I had booked a standard room but they upgraded me 1 category, and also gave a higher floor. The AC in the room cools enough to get the room temperature to 21 degrees Celsius; mabe be even 20.. But if you are someone who likes to have the room very cold, like 19 or so, then you will be disappointed.. The best part is that you get a big balcony with a couple of chairs.. feels good to be able to step out..

I asked to change a room and their response was quick 👍🏼 The bed & bathroom clean. The windows somewhat need more cleaning, especially those overlooking the marina. The breakfast buffet did not suit me and the coffee was bad but I liked the pineapple juice very much. They have 2 different chicken sandwiches in their restaurant SO delicious I recommend it!! 👏🏼👏🏼 Slow check in. TV wasn't working and I didn't inform them I didn't need it.. 15 minutes walk from the marina.
