Fantastic family hotel. Excellent location. Lovely rooms, although we had booked 3 bed apartment, as we have 3 children. According to the website and travel agent, 2 doubles and 1 twin. Unfortunately 3 doubles, the hotel did investigate other options, however none were available at the time we stayed. All staff were polite, happy and helpful. The kids/entertainment staff were amazing, our youngest who is very shy took part in every activity on offer! Food was brilliant a good choice on offer for all meals, drinks were great too. We had never tried all inclusive but we certainly do so again.

Myself, my partner and my little boy have just finished our holiday here and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel staff are so attentive and polite and when we checked in the two receptionists were extremely helpful. The hotel apartment was clean and had everything you needed. The hotel is in an ideal location and not even a 5 minute walk to the town centre and local beach. The best part of the hotel has to be the entertainment team. Every single one of them are brilliant and made being around the pool even more enjoyable with their games, friendliness and banter. A special mention to Armand and Nacho who we got on with great and made our last day so memorable. Considering they all work 13 hour days they make each day special for the guests which is exactly what you want on holiday. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was lovely. We were adults only and it felt so private from the family part of the hotel. It meant we had an adults only restaurant to dine in, separate pool and even an adults side to the hotel. The staff were lovely and the room was spotless. Food was amazing too. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was the same every morning but there is enough variety to not get bored. Dinner was fantastic, it was really high end tasting food. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

This was our first family holiday with an 8 month old and it couldn't have gone any better. The hotel and staff were outstanding the rooms were fantastic and big had kitchen with everything we needed for the little one. The only thing I would say is that breakfast time of 8am is a little late for kids and dinner at 7pm also but it wasn't the end of the world. Special mention to Nacho and his teammates for the activities absolutely brilliant. all hotel staff as well really friendly and helpful. We will be booking to come back same time next year definitely

Outstanding service and facilities with a great location - we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with lots of elements geared to children whilst also seperate areas for adults. All areas including bedrooms were kept very clean and tidy. Located in a quieter area but only a short walk to bars, restaurants and a lovely beach. Aline was very helpful upon our arrival which set us up perfectly to enjoy our great week all inclusive.
