The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection is a true gem in the heart of Dubai. The location is simply unbeatable, situated on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel are top-notch, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the value for money, especially considering the high level of service and quality of accommodations. The free WiFi is a nice touch, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. Overall, I would highly recommend The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai.

Had a lot of issues at this hotel..they used fake Grown Alchemist products (how do I know? Used GA for 5 yrs, had real ones with me, and I asked them for small bottles to compare), TV turned on at 6am on it’s own, safe broke, closet light turned on at 5am once, strong cigarette smell, staff didn’t understand English….not worth the price at all; but just in general a bad Marriott experience

There’s nothing about this hotel that’s above average other than the location. As a titanium member, I book exclusive through Marriott. I received zero acknowledgement and had to plea several times for a better room. The rooms are very dated and janky. The common areas are also tired. Service is also not up to par, although the staff has been generally nice (housekeeping missed cleaning our room on consecutive nights, valet slow/unresponsive). The price per night is just unjustified. As it became a Marriott hotel, they started to charge 30% more but did not meet any Marriott standards. We still have 2 days left during this stay but am contemplating leaving early. It’s not worth wasting part of our holiday here

Stayed here for two nights. Location is perfect for getting around Dubai mall and downtown area. Lots of restaurants to choose from. I want to compliment the service staff. ABHISHEK at the pool was super helpful in serving cold drinks to beat the heat. SHIRIN at the front desk was very accommodating, allowing me a late check out. SUAREBH from.concieege was super patient in fixing my card key glitch.

Hot water does not come out well in the shower room. Problems with drainage in shower room. Dirty shower room due to lack of maintenance. There is no outlet to plug in 220v electrical appliances of different shapes. The hand towels provided in the lobby bathroom had a bad smell.
