My son and I had an absolutely fabulous stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The themed rooms were a delight for my little one, sparking his imagination from the get-go. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the proximity to the park made our stay even more convenient. Thank you for creating such a magical experience for us. We can't wait to visit again!

Kids had a blast! Amazing customer service across the whole experience: valet, check-in, room service, breakfast, poolside, check-out -- everything was superb.

We hosted my son's birthday party today (05/05) at the Legoland Hotel. It was fantastic!
The team and the organisation were superb.
Sorry I didn't note down individual names but the party assistants, the restaurant staff, the lobby / softplay staff, and the creative workshop staff are just amazing. Also to the enquiry team who always respond to my emails promptly before the party. They were friendly, helpful and welcoming. All the kids did not want to leave and all had a blast! And as a mom, I was carefree the whole time as the team looked after the kids so well!!!
I highly recommend hosting a kids bday party here. And we definitely would like to come back again!!!!

My daughter loved and enjoyed the stay fully. Rooms are very clean and colourful. Breakfast is good but it can get quite busy during weekends. Check-ins can be quickened during weekends.

As expected a wonderland for the little ones
We arrived after an 8 hour flight with one sleeping and one tired toddler at 21.00. At the reception desk the clerk could not find our reservation for a very long time, called main office. All this time we were no reassured or welcomed in any way or form. I had to ask a few times whether everything was OK. Finally he found it, frowned looking at me and said we have the wrong amount of adults. We were 2 adults a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Apparently I had to book 3 adults. It was absolutely not clear in the process bit he treated me as if I did that on purpose to chest him personally. After paying additional 50 euros he gave us the key to our room, explained nothing and we left.
At checkout we had another unpleasant experience where the valley lost or forgot our luggage. Our taxi was there and I had to go look for the luggage myself as they misplaced the ticket whole being rude about me waiting just a minute, was more like 10 and the taxi driver wanted to go.
Everything else was lovely. The breakfast Bouvet fabulous and tasty with different offerings. The rooms are just a playground for kids and the playground in the lobby is also a treat. We were jetlagged and wished I old have been opened earlier than 9.
