The hotel is so good. Rooms were very clean. We had a lot of activities for the children. Food was also amazing, everyday we could find something new and delicious. Also we would to thank Pavel and Nina from the Kids club, they were amazing. They are great in their job. Thank you Leonardo for a great holiday.

I intend to visit this resort again. Nice resort, loads to do. They even have their own water splash and its free. They have an escape room - paid activity but it was worth it. we had a lot of fun Restaurants and loads of places to grab drinks and snacks. Tables are cleaned as soon as any mess is made. Kudos to the Restaurant manager (I think her name is Thelka or similar) Rooms cleaned properly. First resort/hotel outside the UK that actually cleans the bath tub/shower not just wiping it down. I was given a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday and a cake at dinner time. Also, their spa, WOW. I can't remember their names now; they have the same name if I remember correctly (the assistant manager and the other lady) I had a full package and they even had a kid's package which my daughter used. They have their cons but the pros outweigh the cons by a mile. I had a great time there and would definitely recommend

We found the hotel just lovely, we arrived fairly late and they made sure they had some food and drink on arrival which was a nice touch. Getting into our room we found a bottle of champagne and fruit and a lovely message from the team to wish us a very happy 20th wedding anniversary. This was so nice of them (I think my friends had been in touch) but very thoughtful. We had the most lovely sea view and sound of the ocean every morning was just perfect. The hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful. Always on hand when needed. We loved it by the Apollo snack bar, the staff there were incredible at all times and super nice to just jump in the pool for a quick dip to cool down! The hotel is big but has a really relaxed atmosphere, lots of different nationalities around which adds a great feel to the place. Evening entertainment was there if you wanted it but if you wanted a quiet drink on the terrace watching a sunset that was also available. Very kid friendly (we did not have children with us) but easy enough to be here as a couple and enjoy all the surroundings! We have already decided to book next year with friends. A massive thank you to Sofia our housekeeper for the week. She was so lovely and always had a smile on her face. We never used the in house safe and felt that our belongings were always safe. In short, this has been a fantastic holiday with beautiful people, beautiful weather and beautiful scenery. Cyprus you have made our anniversary very special and will never forget this amazing holiday and to the Leonardo Laura thank you so much for an amazing week, we will be back.

Last day at this hotel won’t be back again found reception staff very rude and weren’t helpful at all . My Grandson loves playing pool but pool table had no balls apparently stuck in table no one came to fix 6 days later still not fixed!! Toy machines broken was reported people losing money still not fixed. Food every evening was just about warm enough to eat . Had a room facing main road was woken up every morning at 5.30 by traffic doors not double glazed and curtains so thin sun came shining through. Sorry for all the negatives at least weather lovely

This place is awesome!! Highly recommend. Beautiful setting. Great pool areas and waterpark. My 10yr old son had a ball. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff...especially Guest Relations who really go the extra mile to help and make your stay the best. Perfect for families...lovely chilled atmosphere and happy kids. Food...well, it's all inclusive so don't expect fine dining but the food enjoyable and good selection...breakfast very good. All in all, it's a massive thumbs up. We have lots of holidays and this has probably been the best. Just love this resort. Thank you to all involved!!
