Lovely 5 star hotel. Great location. Reception was very friendly and helpful. We went all-inclusive. Food was lovely but found it lacked variation. Is great for children tho. Rooms were very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. Myself and my daughter had a spa day and it was very relaxing. Different entertainment every night for children. Children's pool is great but the water in all the pools is freezing.Free bus available everyday to bring you to old town or the beach. Only a few minutes walk to the strip. Be prepared to be having your cocktails in small plastic cups.

Very good hotel with nice rooms and a very friendly staff. The buffets are very good and the public spaces are very clean. On the other hand, the cleaning of the rooms could sometimes have some more attention. But overall it's good.
But be aware; most of the guests are from the UK, especially their misbehaving and screaming kids are the worst. That's a bit of a bummer, but you can't blame the hotel for that.

Great hotel staff are amazing very attentive and are always on hand. Kids and adult entertainment are amazing. Food well you have buffet style and 2 other restaurants but we ate in the buffet as out son is fussy eater. Food taste brilliant so much to choose from can't go wrong themed night of food. Entertainment different every night too. Kids clubs Entertainment all day for kids with the staff. Only negative was April holiday the pool was cold apart from thar its absolutely 💯 👌 can't fault it. Clean tidy. Drink and eat as much as you want. This was our first all inclusive and it didn't disappoint at all. Very family orientated so great has slides 2 pools for little ones and adults and an adults only pool too.
If your looking for an all round Hotel get yourself down to this hotel if I could give it more stars I would

Stayed for 5 nights and was not disappointed. The hotel is immaculate, if you stand around too long you will be swept up! Rooms very spacious with air con and TV with plenty of channels. Pools were clean and very big (but freezing cold) none the less still very good. Activities for children were excellent. Food and canteen was amazing, themed evening meals. Whilst we were there they had American, Latin and French and always plenty. Staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We have decided we will most certainly come again in the future, thank you for a great stay!

Great hotel and food etc brilliant, but the kids disco in the evening is SO unnecessarily loud. It blares through the rooms to the point that it kept our 2 year old awake for hours in the evening (he normally goes to sleep at 7 but didn't go to sleep until past 10 when the kids club finally finished). I get that there's kids who enjoy it but it really doesn't need to be that loud. A real shame as we couldn't use the balcony in the evening as it was far too loud and we had an overtired toddler for the majority of our stay.
