Incredible place. Pools are amazing. Lazy river to a sum up bar is tremendous. The beach whilst nice with white sand I would say there are nicer beaches. Food at the restaurant is very good and the breakfasts are amazing

You can completely relax in this environment. So beautiful and well kept garden, pool, buildings. It feels and is luxurious. It looks nice, it smells nice it is nice. The best beach right at pool. An amazing pool in which you can always find a bit of privacy swimming along the “canal”. Great breakfast - delicious sourdough bread. Cannot recommend it enough.

From the moment you step into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. My family and I had the pleasure of staying in the resort, and to our delight, we were graciously upgraded to a Boat Suite 7 upon check-in from a Deluxe Room. This unexpected upgrade truly made our experience extraordinary. The Boat Suite no 7, a duplex house, offered ample space and stunning views, providing us with a sense of luxury and comfort. It was evident that the staff at Melia Hotels & Resorts Koh Samui take great care in ensuring every guest feels special. Not only did they acknowledge our special occasion with a thoughtful message and a delicious cake in our room, but their personalized touch extended throughout our stay. Every interaction with the staff was met with genuine friendliness and a willingness to accommodate our needs. The efficiency of the check-in process, even late at night, was impressive. Despite our late arrival, there was a sufficient number of staff available to ensure a smooth and quick check-in experience. Additionally, the reception team went above and beyond to assist me in renting a car for our stay, making the process seamless and convenient. The breakfast spread at the resort was extensive, offering a variety of options from Thai to continental cuisine. The quality and selection of items ensured there was something for everyone to enjoy, setting the perfect start to each day of our stay. The resort itself is a beautiful oasis, with the swimming pool being a standout feature. Surrounded by lush greenery and with impeccable attention to detail in its design, the pool provided a tranquil escape where we could unwind and soak up the tropical ambiance. Overall, our experience at Melia Hotels & Resorts Koh Samui was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service from the staff, and breathtaking surroundings made our stay truly memorable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is the best hotel experience of my life. The property's beauty and upkeep were impeccable, offering a tranquil oasis with its pool and private beach. The staff's exceptional service surpassed all expectations. The boat rooms were a true highlight, combining design and charm for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, as it truly is a destination of luxury and wonder. It was a dream vacation. My only regret is living this paradise !

This hotel is one of the best we've stayed at in Thailand so far. It's very modern, with a large and beautiful green area, lovely pools, well-designed rooms, and a good breakfast buffet. The beach is one of the best on Koh Samui. Thanks to our Melia Rewards status, we received a room upgrade and a sweet welcome gift. Unfortunately, the reception could not accommodate a good late check-out for us. The prices at the bars and restaurants are very high. The hotel doesn’t provide the beach towels at the pool or the beach area. There are only 2 beach towels in the room for the whole day, so you always need to take them with you. Please change this rule.
