Amazing experience. We stayed in the penthouse room with a private jacuzzi and lounge area. The staff was absolutely amazing, their customer service top notch. If you stay in the penthouse suites you get a free Teppanyaki dinner in a private are of their restaurant, a welcoming bottle of champagne, and free minibar. It adds a touch of elegance. The views are amazing. Multiple pools, one of them heated. The buffet style breakfast was really good for being all inclusive. Such a good experience. There is even a cliff you can jump off of. The square is a short walk with many eating options although the feel is too touristy. The bed was huge and very comfortable, good pillows as well. Living room was small but we didn’t hang out there at all. Definitely book it!

We had an all inclusive Star Prestige stay for 3 nights. Hotel was first class. Our bedroom was spacious, clean and had balcony and separate roof terrace with a heated whirl pool and a view to die for! The staff were without exception warm, friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The food was amazing and they even made special efforts to add menu options for our vegan son. A fabulous stay and a wonderful hotel we will certainly be revisiting!

Wow! What a memorable week my wife and I enjoyed at Iberostar Jardin del Sol. Brilliant staff, so helpful and friendly. The suite was clean and comfortable, and included everything we needed. The restaurant is first class, great food and service. A special shout-out to Juanlo in the bar, he went out of his way to ensure we felt hugely welcome, and had everything we needed. The views from the hotel are simply spectacular. Keep doing what you’re all doing! You’re super amazing!

Me and my partner have had a wonderful relaxing time at this hotel. Rooms a clean and lovely, the food services it’s delicious and lots of choices. The pool service from Juanlo has been exceptional, he is very attentive and make sure your glass is always filled. Entertainment from Carolina was fun from the exercise classes, to the cocktail master classes. She is very friendly and we left with some self made souvenirs. :) Would recommend everyone to come.

We had the best time with Karolina making margaritas! She was so fun, helpful, nice and professional. We will be going to every event she hosts!!! We also had the best time at cafe de sol with Juanlo and Joel. They made the best drinks and helped us have such a great night. They made our trip so much fun!! Best trip ever!
