We had a wonderful experience. Staff were all super friendly. No crazy partying, people were not loud at all. Had some creatures around. Rooms were always clean, towels always stocked and fridge was always stocked. Food was amazing, mangoes were absolutely the best tasting and fresh. Beach, pool and gift shop shopping was great. Beautiful weather!

Staff was amazing and very welcoming. Greeted by everyone daily. Most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. Children said it was there favorite vacation ever! Beautiful grounds. Our concierge (Batista) the club was the best! He was very friendly and accommodating. He booked our reservations for restaurants and treated us like family. We give him 10 out of 10 stars!

Seeing all the bad reviews scared me but our experience was pretty good. They do try and get you to go to the “presentation” quite often but if you know how to say “no” then it’s not too bad. The spa was amazing! We got three deep tissue massages and they all delivered! If you go to said presentation you get 30 minutes for free so we upgraded to 60 when we got there and it cut down the price quite significantly! (Thanks to our parent who went for us lol) The gym was also pretty nice. They advertise for vegan options but if you’re vegan don’t expect anything that you see on the menus.. the only one that was even appetizing was the Mexican restaurant. The food should definitely be labeled better as well. Other than that it was a good beach and good food for everyone else.

Really enjoyed my stay! Rooms were clean, food was great, the entertainment was amazing especially our host Eddie and miledys ! Thank you for the all inclusive experience! The activities they offered was a plus and I will definitely be coming back!

This was such an amazing experience. I came with a group of 13 people celebrating our business 10-year anniversary. The staff is extremely kind friendly and very attentive. They coordinated our two event dinner nights making it an enjoyable time with the team. Andres from Iberostar the Club was also extremely helpful and polite. Looking forward to planning another trip to Iberostar again soon!
