What a wonderful hotel - we were blown away with the place, staff and location! The breakfast buffet was well presented and lots of selection including fresh fruits, hot breakfast ( sweet and savoury) along with a selection of fresh smoothies, juices and hot drinks. The service throughout our stay was amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the activities are fun thanks to Rita! :) We really enjoyed having the live music whilst chilling by the pool and during breakfast. Overall it is a beautiful place to stay, it has everything you need. We will 100% be returning! Thank you!

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Staff at reception were wonderful. Such a shame you can't pay for anything and have to add the charge to your room, you don't even get a total cost or have any idea how much anything is. Makes it especially difficult if you're sharing a room with a friend as you then have to split everything and work out everything later. Also not a lot of evening entertainment going on.

Booked Superior Sea View Suite and was not disappointed. The hotel was fabulous. All staff were friendly and attentive, and the mini bar in the room restocked daily no cost if you were all inclusive. Would go back there again 👌🍺

Flew from states. Took a train and rented a car. Just wanted to rest before vacation starts. Tried to get some sleep but hotel has very load music blasting next to the bar. The bar is indoors. Why must all guests be subject to noise? Why not move it inside the bar? No one tells you this. They could make more money by having live music IN the bar. Not outside keeping EVERYONE awake. Update Spent two nights freezing only to be told that there is no heat this time of year. It has been cold at night. Management offered a space heater that barely works. But we got extra blankets. The second night of music was not as loud but last night it sounded like someone screaming and banging a stick on a Home Depot bucket. Today our new neighbors woke us early. For the next five hours it was screaming, singing and door slamming. Also bring one of those door alarms because the staff likes to just let themselves in the room. They knock and if you do not answer right away they walk in. Even if your key is in slot next to door and clearly the shower is running. There is no door on bathroom and you could hear the water running. Towels are not quite as nice as towels my dog uses but why get a decent towel when spend $500 a night. Bring own shampoo and conditioner the stuff here made hair feel like straw. Positives Lots of ice and water on each floor. Good restaurants just a quick walk down the beach. Can’t wait to leave tomorrow.

We are having our wedding here in September and had the menu tasting last week. Our first tasting attempt was as bad as it gets, when it comes to a wedding menu. Food was subpar, underwhelming and undercooked. Service was excellent by Zamora. However we had a second try the following day and the experience was extraordinary. The food was incredible and same for the service. Patricia the manager was excellent, friendly very attentive and always with a smile. Zamora's service was the same, excellent. The venue is beautiful and right on the beach. Again thanks to Patricia and Zamora.
