We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Regency. After 24 hours of flight time, it was great to have seamless transport from the airport that was arranged by the hotel, and a warm greeting and delicious welcome drink from the staff. We also received a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise (we have elite status with both Marriott and Hilton hotels and do not always get an upgrade this nice.)
The grounds are beautiful, the staff has 5 star hospitality and the hotel is in a convenient location with many restaurants and cafes nearby. We loved our stay so much we extended it an extra day.

4 short days on this trip to celebrate our anniversary and we're very glad we made Hyatt Regency our home. Fantastic location that is close to many cafes and great spas. Loved the ability to lounge beachfront and the long boardwalk by the beach. Daily breakfast was yummy with consistently great coffee too! The incredible staff in f&b and housekeeping were so friendly, efficient ,multi-lingual and their lovely smile really made such a difference. On our last night at the beach bbq, one of the servers also doubled up as the emcee for the evening - deftly introducing us to the various traditional dances of Bali.

Ended up being a bit disappointed with our stay at Hyatt Regency. I’ll start with the positives: Obviously beautiful and well maintained grounds. Room was extremely comfortable and we had the largest bed I think we’ve ever slept on. Comfortable balcony with large cushioned lounger. Amazing shower with two sinks in bathroom. Direct access to beach and long boardwalk. Very friendly staff.
Cons: we did not realize just how kid friendly this resort was. We felt like we were at a Disney resort and ultimately was not relaxing for my husband and I since we do not have children. You can hear kids screaming all day long. From your room (not sound proof from outside noise at all), from your balcony and the pool was a terrible experience. So many children running and jumping in the pool. It says there are two adult pools but there is only one. You cannot use the main pools at all unless you want to be next to screaming children trying to swim for the first time. There is an adult only pool in the spa but it is very small, very shallow and extremely warm. There are not many loungers there and is the only escape from children in the whole resort. We have been to similar resorts that have done a much better job on creating an adult and child separation. We also were not able to check in until 4:30. We arrived at 3:45pm (check in time is 3pm) and after looking at reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. They also did not clean our room until pretty late in the day, usually around 5pm when we would be getting ready for dinner.
If you have kids, this is probably a perfect resort for you. But if you don’t, I would absolutely book elsewhere for a relaxing stay.

Had the pleasure of staying here for four days after touring around Bali.
We were impressed with the quality and location of this hotel.
Very easy to get out and about to explore on foot, and as it’s such a large hotel it’s nice to escape the busyness of it.
We went for the bed and breakfast option and what a nice offering of choice each morning. Certainly didn’t leave hungry!
It was a nice, friendly and pleasant stay for us all.

Had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. My room was lovely and clean and I had a great view of the beach.
The grounds are stunning to walk around. Loved the loungers on the beach, nice and peaceful.
Easy walk along beach path to so many great beach side restaurants.
Would definitely stay again.
