We are just back from a weeks vacation here and had the BEST time. We booked through Love Holidays and I must have read about 100 reviews before choosing to book. I am not disappointed in any way. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, entertainers (who worked night and day) were excellent. I'm a fussy eater but I don't think I've ever seen such an array of great food. Apart from breakfast/lunch/dinner, there is also food available at the bars throughout the day. Fresh crepes are also made between 4pm and 5.30pm every day. We had booked premium so had access to the extra pool and bar areas on the lower level which was lovely and quiet but all the fun was up at the main pool area. The cleaning was beyond excellent, we had fresh towels in our room every single day. Sheets were changed regularly and beds made up every day. The area the hotel is in is based in one of the oldest resorts in Majorca so it is dated however that didn't bother us one bit. There are some shops and bars across the road from the hotel. We honestly will so look forward to going back here and we will also be checking out some more of the Palia hotels!!! Thank you for a great week!

Lovely views from the rooms on the sea view side. Check in was very good. Rooms are very spacious and balcony is great! We went for the premium so got in the premier block which was very nice. Main lift was out of service but they did have the service lift in use but quite small and can be a wait at times. Premium gives access to a private sea view area to lounge in with its own bar and spacious sun loungers and seating. Private pools too but are not heated so was freezing when we went in April. We arrived as the hotel had just opened for season so was quiet but got busier as the week went on. Standard drinks stop serving at 11pm and premium is 12pm so no alcohol after 12. Late night snacks are provided but nothing warm just bread, cheese and meats etc. Didn't open many of the drinks machines so was a queue at breakfast for coffees etc. Food was OK, quite a wide range but could be a little more in what I have experienced in other similar hotels. Air conditioning not working in the rooms due to being out of season and is turned on at managers discretion (I'm english and had 27c luckily the week I went with the rooms at 23.5c at night so would of been nice to have a bit cooler but opted for the balcony door open instead). One night we was told at 12pm we was to vacate the seating areas as we had to go to bed. Although they were friendly about it, it was completely not expected as on holiday I wanted to relax with my last drink. There are a few pubs outside that will cater til 3pm so we had to move on which was nice. Cleanliness on the tables and rooms was brilliant, massive 5 stars to the team on that respect. Coffee machine in room but no pods or milk so unusable. Beach is about 5mins walk away. Evening entertainment was awful, like they had dragged someone off the street to sing a few songs while sat on plastic garden chairs which were very uncomfortable. The entertainers tried there best to make it uplifting and did a great job but didnt do it for me. The whole place has plastic chairs so no luxury seating to properly chill. There is no music throughout the day on the site apart from a portable speaker they drag out for swimming exercises and evening singing so very quiet, especially in premium area as there is nothing and caged off to the normal paying guests. Definitely upgrade to premium if you come here or you will miss out on the extra area available! Overall enjoyed the stay but 3 stars is max I can give it

We bought the deal from Loveholidays. Room doesn't look like on the picture, no sofa, no shower. Also there is no access to the pool they have been advertising, we were told is for ‘premium guests. The worst parts played food… cheap, students meals, breakfast lunch & dinner looks totally the same. The only attraction here is the blue bay 10 min walk from the hotel. No restaurants or entertainment. Very disappointed.

Food for a 4 star all inclusive hotel is dismal. Cheapest of everything. All pasta, rice, pizza, fruit. Pay for all inclusive and pay to eat out as well. Rooms and staff are good but let down by dining. Would not stay again.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for a weeks holiday and we absolutely loved it. The room was a good size and always clean, the staff were all really friendly. We loved the outdoor entertainment which had a different theme each night. The food was ok, normal all inclusive food and the snack bars were fine too. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from everything you need with some shops directly opposite the hotel. We were always guaranteed a sunbed, there was no rushing around early in the morning to reserve one. We went to the adults only pool most days which was really nice, over looking the sea. We had such a great holiday and would definitely recommend!
