Seemed pretty quiet visiting early may - lacks a pool bar and food rarely seems to have any temperature to it, but aside from the temperature nothing wrong with the food, and rooms could do with some simple things like clothing storage and connectivity ports (usb) for chargers and such. Rooms and resort are clean, there’s a lot of space, the entertainment is a good production however aside from this the resort has seemed to lack an atmosphere. Plenty of bars situated throughout the resort. All staff are pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was fantastic and always clean. Food was lovely with a good selection of day time places. All the staff were very nice and always willing to help with a smile. I loved the day time activities also and Yana was always really nice with everyone and made it more enjoyable.

All the staff were exceptional. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Very early in the season so very quiet. The huge site and lounging areas around the many pools were sparsely populated. Later in the season the place would be absolutely buzzing. Walking in the immediate area there is not much happening or to see.

We went as a family of 3, me my wife and 6 year old son. We arrived to find the room clean and tidy and our impression of the staff to be friendly and accommodating which continued throughout our 7 days. Plenty of kids activities at the kidz club and the water park was literally a SPLASH.
Good entertainment in the evening, although a bit repetitive.
Great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, even as vegetarians we had plenty on offer, the staff and chef's were happy to accommodate and special dietary requirements if you asked. Top tip don't use the mini bar in the room, bar staff were happy to give you bottled beer and soft drinks tins to take away (the same they have in the room) I did and just used the fridge to keep them cold just remember what was in the fridge to start with.
Great reps from Jet2 holidays offering a variety of excursions, definitely worth a visit, my son wants to return again next year that's how good we found our 7 day trip at the beginning of April 2024.

The gym has had an upgrade to state of the art technogym kit which has taken things to the next level if you like a holiday workout 🫡 Berkan Sayal and the team in the gym have been exceptionally friendly and helpful👏
