CR7 and Vega are totally AMAZING! I am the Director of a small hotel complex and when I come across staff like this … who provide an outstanding service with a genuine smile it is always important to take the time out to write a review to show appreciation to wonderful… Hardworking … approachable and warm welcoming individuals. Nothing was a bother and they went the extra mile to accommodate my wishes. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience. You do THE HARD ROCK PROUD. I really recommend a stay here. The staff are wonderful and the service and food is fantastic.

Nice room and walk in shower. Breakfast is fantastic. Rooms that face the highway are quite noisy specially upper floors. The hotel is really cosy The service is average as we arrived late and they had only 2 separate beds...

Bit disappointing experience, unfortunately. We were offered to upgrade our room to have a double bed (even though we booked one originally). There were other small things like free water in the room (you only get one can per stay, not per day) and coffee capsules (two per person during the stay). To get more you need to pay - 3.5 EUR per a coffee capsule ;-). Most importantly, location of the hotel is also inconvenient. Long walk along the highway to Puerto Banus. On the plus side, nice pool!

CR7 BAR GMT Excellent service from this lovely barman. Recommended drinks for my partner and I and couldn’t have been nicer. Extremely friendly and made us feel so happy and at ease in his company. Love this hotel and the service that we receive!

Eden Bar pool was amazing. The vibe was great, music was fantastic and the pool area in general was extremely clean and well kept. Towels are provided and plenty beds for everyone. All round great experience and waiters were very attentive.
