It was my Grandmother's 85th birthday dinner celebration From our entrance, to the moment we left, we had an amazing time. The team there were cohesive, aware, attentive and thorough. Their service was amazing. Kaja and her team did their thing. Food was so yummy. So worth it. The night was an exceptional one.

We had a tremendous experience at The Harbor Club! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are exquisite—spacious, beautiful, and meticulously maintained. Every detail speaks of luxury, from the plush bedding, to the incredible views. What truly sets this hotel apart is its commitment to cleanliness. Not to mention, our room had it's own private pool entryway which made it that much more magnificent! The service at this hotel steals the show. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need, with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Whether it's recommending the perfect local restaurant or arranging a personalized experience, their dedication to satisfaction was unmatched. A special mention to Joel and Kervin - they both served us on multiple occasions - their service was exceptional. Always smiling and very professional. Last but certainly not least, the entertainment at this hotel was amazing! Live music and entertainment every evening - Fire throwing show.. waterside BBQ.. dancers and more.. We will most definitely be back, this hotel stands out as a shining gem in the world of hospitality.

Amazing hotel and great staff, however we had 3 bookings and were overcharged in all our invoices (other people’s food was in our invoice and charged hours after we checked out). The process to get the money back is a nightmare, we had to call multiple times (pay money for international calls) and it’s still not sorted after 5 days. We checked our invoice at check out, but our card was charged days after and new invoices were created without our knowledge (which we only discovered through the Hilton Honour App). Totally unacceptable and we are still $300 out of pocket.

I stayed here for business travel for 4 days and the stay was mixed. Arrival: Promptly greeted and acknowledged by Khadija who was on duty and who was gem, forms given to complete, option of rum punch or fruit punch offered...fruit punch selected...was a bit tangier than I'm accustomed but was OK. The room wasn't ready however admittedly I was early so I expected some wait time. Stay: I mentioned this was a business trip...well I placed in a room in close proximity to the pool, swim up bar and DJ and needless to say I had a challenge working both in the day and night. Calls made to reception resulted in temporary reduction in the decibels and then it was party vibes again. Mind you I have absolutely no issue with party and partying, however this was not the trip for it. Promise that entertainment would end at 8pm were unfulfilled as it continued until after 9pm. Enquired whether I could be relocated however with the Jazz & Blues festival on there was no room availability. Then came Sunday...nice and peaceful day, music played however was not unbearable for a complaint. Then came the afternoon and I got a call from Lew whom I met when I checked in with the offer of relocation to a higher floor. So, because the day was going well, noise level manageable and the fact I would be with my clients the Monday all day, I opted to remain....bad decision. Party vibes resumed in the evening and night which made work challenging again. Having declined the offer previously, I did nit now have a basis to complain and so I weathered that storm. Having knowledge of my business stay why would I have been placed in a room in close proximity to ongoing party vibes??? Million dollar question! Secondly, I saw a notification of an amount charged to my credit card on file and called to enquire about it. To my utmost surprise the young lady proceeded to school me about amounts are withheld on card by hotels and it's a standard procedure. This is NOT correct for all hotels and as repeat traveller I know this to be fact. Prior to lansing in St Lucia I stayed at a competing brand on another island and this was not the case. Similarly other hotels will notify you of a hold which will be place eliminating the need for a surprise "charge" which will then need to be queried. This was not done. Breakfast: Breakfast is actually NOT included in your room stay and the attendant who worked on that Sunday, May 5th was quite rude in advising this was not so. This after being included on the website and in other reviews. She needs training and needs to be reminded that guests pay her and ensures viability of her employer. The hotel is pristine and is in close proximity to the Marina which has stunning views. In fact it's a 3 to 5 minutes walk. So, do I recommend? I do as despite the mixed experience the product is good and they are operated by Hilton and so ADRs a but on the higher end. They need to to improve on the areas cited though...check them out and see for yourself. P.S. the breakfast was actually good!

I’ve just got to give a huge shout-out to the Harbor Club Hilton Hotel staff in St. Lucia. I stayed 2 nights, traveled to Barbados, came back for another 2 nights. The cleanliness of EVERYTHING inside the room, in the hotel and poolside caught my attention. The staff were impeccably dressed, very quick to acknowledge me in passing and ask if they could do anything to help. Food was diverse and excellent in the restaurant, poolside (wade up to get your cocktails), and in the coffee/pastry shop. The hotel is a short walk to a large marina with shops/restaurants, and also has land/water tours available. I do want to give a special thank-you to Adrian, my driver from the international airport and inter island airport. His knowledge of St. Lucia, people, flora & fauna, agriculture & history kept me entertained for the trip between the airports and hotel.
