We stayed at Bay Gardens Beach Resort around the end of October for three nights before heading to another resort on the island. Started off on the wrong foot with our room not being available for us to settle in to right away. We ended up relaxing at the restaurant for an early dinner and drinks until our room was ready two hours later. We also discovered late that night that the air conditioning was not working properly in the bedroom (we had an ocean view suite). Figured it wouldn’t be worth the hassle of changing rooms and causing a fuss since we had to get used to the temperatures anyways, we did end up reporting it at check out. Our next resort room was open-air rooms.
Aside from the two inconveniences, I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. I never felt like we were being neglected, always was greeted when passing staff on the property. The beach was incredible and the food was top notch. The location was perfect for exploring what the north side of the island had to offer. We always felt very safe at and around the resort. I definitely would consider staying here in the future if visiting Saint Lucia again.

Fun place for years. Beach is nice. But unfortunately it's old. And not being updated. Food is bland. Way to much money for old stuff. Plenty of other places on Rodney Bay to go to that's new and great food. If this place lowered the prices for what is really there that's fine. But now not worth it. I was a timeshare person for 5 yrs. With maintenance fees and nothing ever got fixed. Workers and staff are great but again unfortunately the investors are keeping all the money and not updating anything

My family and I stayed here back in March as part of their all inclusive package and we had a great time! The beach was lovely and service was amazing. I will say that the resort is on the small and quiet side. There weren’t many activities do on the resort other than the occasional beach volleyball and yoga but we found them to be poorly organized and was never able to find the activity at the time and place advertised. They do however offer free non motorized water sports which was nice. There is also only one restaurant so the food choices although delicious are limited and become repetitive towards the end of the stay. They do offer a dine around program where you can dine at their sister hotels/resorts but this location is definitely their best and I don’t think it’s worth even checking out. Overall this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere family friendly and relatively chilled.
Side note: we booked an excursion with “Cisco” on the beach and I would not recommend. He charges a rate that is $10 less than the hotel affiliated group but we ended up missing 2 of the stops on the tour due to poor planning and time management from the tour guides.

We did an all-inclusive day pass here as a cruise excursion. Was a 20 minute drive to the resort from the cruise pier. They were very organized and check in was easy. The resort had a great beach bar and restaurant along with an amazing beach! Our kids used the water park too which was super cool.

Comfy bed, nice rooms. Staff helpful and location great. High tide restaurant had a good selection of food a la carte. Breakfast good close to the beach also had entertainment in rhe evenings. Bar was great also with a large selection of cocktails
