Stay at this property from 11/11 to 19/11/2023. Room is large and clean, A/C + shower are good, wifi is strong. Gardening and all its features are bright, beautiful and look so attractive to guests, swimming pool is large with crystal clear water, hard to find a dirty spot around. Breakfast is no fancy, Thai's foods is the main stream + a small section of western's foods, more varieties provided from Thursday to Sunday. Good enough to keep energetic till lunch. This property was managed by a General manger, mangers and supervisor in all areas, with the outstanding skill in maintaining the high standard of Furama Sandara Cha Am. We enjoyed the hospitality provided from all staffs in all departments, especially thanks to Khun Noi, Khun Nina and Front desk team. We hope we will revisit Furama Sandara Cha Am in the near future.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel The room is clean the price is reasonable but I’m so disappointed because it said 4 stars hotel… then better say it is 2-3 stars hotel.(budget hotel) Because when you claimed yourself as a 4-stars hotel people think that it is a really 4 stars hotel with reasonable price that make the hotel even more interesting. But in the end when we arrived we’re totally disappointed because of the high expectation of the word “4 stars” hotel (with reasonable price!!!)

The room price is good, I like its design here due to there has the swimming pool is a center of hotel and there are unique and different from many hotels in Hua hin beach so, the whole rooms are able to watch the pool (the room at first floor is more expensive than other floor because their barony is nearly the swimming pool). We just ran across the road and will reach the Cha Am Beach (it’s opposite with the in front of hotel)

Visited this hotel recently for an overnight stay. It’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it’s anything but. Parking is a very big problem here. The staff who assist you to park are not pleasant. I went to the reception to check in. I do not understand Thai, but enough to know that the staff were not professional and were talking about me. The room was old and tired. The furniture damaged with scrapes and chips. Breakfast was a terrible experience and very stressful. You are given a choice of the times you can eat. On arriving at the time I requested, there was no tables available. So it meant standing around waiting on others to finish. Eventually a table became available. Then it was self service breakfast and a fight with other residents to get food. It was horrible and the food was not much better. I paid good money for this hotel and cannot possibly recommend as it’s a basic 2 star hotel. I would not pay over 1000 thb for a room again.

The beach is just cross the street!!! Perfect view from our breakfast place. We enjoyed our stay here for 3D2N. We booked the suite with pool view, the room is clean and spacious. Great facilities for us with 2 kids, we spent most of the time at the pool and kids club. However we hope there's someone who is more caring and responsive person while having their job in the kids club instead of watching the phone all time. No smile at all or even greet your guest. Hope the hotel management could help the staff improve.
