Stayed 4 nights(M-Th). The room was clean and very cozy. The service was awesome with a very friendly staff. The pool and fitness center was great. The breakfast buffet has an omelette guy and everything you could possibly need, we loved it. This place was an all around fantastic value and I will absolutely come back. Happy hour at the pool is from 2-4pm everyday and is buy 1 get 1 drinks. They have a free shuttle to the beach that goes until 6pm everyday. A couple cool little night markets are right next door. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool closed at 7pm. That is just too too early for my liking.

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel. I stayed in the same room type (Deluxe Room with Pool View) every time when I back from Phuket on my way to hometown for a short rest. As the room was comfortable, clean and reasonable price when every time stay here before, so I chose to stay here again. However, I am very disappointed by the unprofessional service, when I check in this time, the attitude of the security guard who arrange vehicle access is very problematic, Very unprofessional embarrass guests , Very dissatisfied!!! In addition, it is only 1-2 year apart but the room is become dilapidated and smelly! Something in room wasn’t in a good condition to use and some furnitures was broken!! In the room, only have 2 bottles of water inside the toilet 🚽!!! Is it for brush my teeth or for me to drink in the toilet???🚻 I will definitely not choose this hotel again!!!

Very Nice hotel with perfect location. It’s about 10mins with the local bus to hua hin city. Hotel is 2-3 mins walk from tamarind market. There’s a big C just across the road. The pool, restaurant and lobby is very nice and large so it doesn’t feel crowded. Very service minded staff who will accommodate as best they can. Rooms are a bit dated but all functioning well and bed is comfy. Free parking outside the hotel and in the garage under the hotel as well.

The hotel is in a great location on the Southern end of Hau Hin town which is a little quieter than being in a central location. It is very close to both Tamarind and Cicada Markets and only 700 meters from Khao Takiab Nuea Beach, a five minute walk or the hotel has a shuttle that is free for guests. The rooms are a good size and very clean, the restaurants serve good food, breakfast is very good and reception is very friendly, efficient and professional. A good hotel that i would stay in again.

**Beachside pool is permanently closed** Service was amazing, always made you feel welcomed. Breakfast was great with a decent selection of local and international foods. Pool was big and clean. Bar at the pool had Happy Hour buy one get one free which is crazy good! Disappointed that beachside pool is no longer open. But the walk to the main beach is less than 10 minutes, and worth it.
