Our overall experience was generally pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. Quite close to groceries and restaurants (Indian). Housekeeping team did their work pretty efficiently during our stay. The receptionist were helpful especially Ammar. I am giving 4/5 because of the incident that happened in bathroom. Thankfully we were not in when it happened. We asked for any available room, but was informed to wait till 6pm. Nevertheless the maintenance rectified the problem quickly and we stayed in the same room.

I went with my family , including my 70 year old mom. Reception staff suggested rooms accessible to senior citizens and it was a nice suggestion. Cleanliness, service and behavior of all staff was simply outstanding. Though we went in the busy time of Eid holidays to Dubai, the hotel staff were very patient in answering our tons of queries in general about touristic spots in Dubai too. They also have a desk that assists guests in various tour options. Only suggestion will be to include more Indian food option for breakfast as we had repeated menu of upma for 2 days . Most of the guests i saw there were Indians and hence it will be nice if Indian food is offered a little bit more than the western cuisine. Overall, had a fantastic time and family enjoyed their hospitality too. Would recommend this hotel to my friends anytime.

I visited this hotel for the past 10 days. The rooms are clean and quiet which are most important to me. The rooms are large and everyone at the hotel was very nice. I especially appreciate the restaurant staff. I enjoyed eating breakfast every morning. While everyone was very nice, Mary Rosa wears a smile on her face, very polite, and seams genuine. Taking a taxi or Uber is cheap in Dubai. it is easy to get around. In the mornings and evenings I enjoyed the 20 minute walk to the Metro. I recommend the Gold NOI card when using the Metro.

Very clean room! The whole team give you the best service and respect you deserve. The first impression from valley parking team to the reception , house keeping, spa and all are well trained. A person at a front desk named Hamza made the first impression very professionally and was very knowledgeable about how to talk to guests. The best service ever

I stayed for 7 nights at this hotel and I want to tell you that it was a superlative experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a rooftop pool, a bit small for the number of rooms, but great for cooling off on a hot day. The location is not exactly excellent, being over 1 km away. distance from the metro station. Because of the heat you can't walk to the station. I recommend ordering a taxi. The hotel provides transport to the beach (morning), Dubai Mall (evening) and to an outlet. ✅I recommend this location and congratulate all the employees for the excellent job they do!
