Indeed, this is not a brand-new hotel and some maintenance would be recommendable. However, nothing prevented us from experiencing a remarkable 5-star experience. Extremely dedicated staff, with a special mention for David (reception) and Lucélia (breakfast). I would definitely go back!

Enjoyed our stay, staff were lovely and spa was fabulous. Paid for all inclusive so was a little annoyed that only the drinks in the mini bar are included, not snacks. Not enough veg options for food but the chef went out of her way to make sure there were special options available to us each night which was greatly appreciated!!!

Idk how this place has 5 stars. It should have 2-3 stars at most. Smells like a nursing home. Cheap toiletries. Huge hotel with poor signage you get lost everywhere.
They gave us a dirty room when we checked in.
The only thing good in the hotel is the people they are all nice and professional.
We paid 190€ for the night, really not worth it. I stayed in 3 star hotels that were a million times better than this place.

Nice hotel by the sea. Friendly service. We stayed in the sea front room, which was large with the sofa and a terrace. The hotel is slightly dated and there was no body lotion in the rooms. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices.

Absolutely fantastic staff! Super friendly and helpful front desk.
The rooms are a good size with a good size shower and bath. The view of the Mediterranean was breathtaking, I couldn't wait for sunrise.
The beds in our room could see an upgrade, the mattresses were very "soft" in the middle.
The location is next to the main road into Espinosa, next to a roundabout, so traffic is not noisy. But you need a car.
The pool area is amazing, but getting a drink or food served was a hassle, or impossible actually, so we went and got our own.
The access to the beach is right behind the hotel, but the beach is stony. You need a bit of a walk to get to the soft sandy are.
The breakfast has a huge selection of foods and good egg / omelette station.
I wouldn't recommend the hotel for families with children. It's more for adults.
