Such a warm welcome. May not be an ultra new hotel but really spacious pleasant hotel with good maintenance. Staff were extremely professional and courteous, always willing to assist. Lovely location overlooking the beach and with easy access to many restaurants within walking distance. Water sports available. Spacious rooms and amazing living area. Really exceptional value for your money. Rooms are much bigger than normal hotels

I had an absolute blast with my family at this amazing spot by the beach! We stayed for a couple of nights and had access to all the main attractions and restaurants in the area. Plus, there was a nearby supermarket that catered to all our needs. The private beach was an absolute gem, and the lovely swimming pool was the cherry on top of our trip. It was truly a memorable experience that we'll cherish for years to come!

Great location on the beach and an easy walk to the metro station on the red line. Restaurants and shopping everywhere. It's easy to walk to everything. When we arrived we were upgraded to the biggest hotel suite I've ever seen. We couldn't have been more surprised! The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were always many options. The service was amazing! The beach was gorgeous and they give you large and fluffy towels for the lounge chairs. We'd love to stay again!

My family loved staying here for 5 nights, the staff is excellent, our Gold status got us a nice room upgrade. The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning, the staff offered a small gift for my daughter and wrote us a hand written card on check out day. Location is great, just coming back at night traffic is a pain, just for one light to turn we waited almost 30 min daily. But that’s my only complaint. Would love to come again!

Amazing stay at a great hotel! First of all, all the staff, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We only had an issue with the hot water in the master bathroom which was resolved after 2 days. Breakfast buffet is good, fresh and tasty. The eggstation will prepare your choice of eggs in no time. There could be a little more variation in the buffet though. Swimming pool is amazing, the water is warm but refreshing in Dubai temperatures. Loved the swim-up bar! Enough seats are available, though some people tend to reserve them without using them all day. The pool and beach towels are large and very high quality. Being at the end of JBR and the entrance for cars being a bit strange, getting a taxi or Careem can be complicated sometimes. All by all we loved our stay here and would certainly stay again.
