The hotel is very clean and nice. The staff were excellent to interact with and the location is perfect. The breakfast was amazing and had a wide variety of foods to choose from. The staff during the breakfast hours would assist in any way they could and were all very polite and professional. Juliana was one of the staff members there and she made sure we had everything we needed during our breakfast. Many thanks to all of the staff that we have had the pleasure of interacting with during our stay here.

The stay was really nice considering it’s in the middle of the city but it was so close to Dubai Mall and that alone was very beneficial. The stay was a gift for my friends birthday and she loved everything from the room to the staff, the breakfast is amazing too with various options to choose from. Overall amazing experience and would definitely do it again.

Room was clean, cookie on arrival was amazing. Buffet breakfast was amazing, staff (Ruth, Virginia, Joyce and others were very helpful and accommodating). We required minor first aid due to a burn and it was treated by staff promptly! Great experience, thank you!

The experience with the hotel and restaurant were exemplary!! The staff is professional, kind, caring and so accommodating! They made our stay so memorable. Every morning was delightful as we had breakfast in the hotel and were greeted and taken care of by Juliana, Vicky, Sweta, Krishna, Leli, and Sara! They were amazing hosts each morning and always checked to make sure we were well taken care of. The whole experience was first class and I look forward to coming back!!

Following that, we had a staycation at DoubleTree by Hilton to celebrate my partner's birthday, and I must say, the hotel's attention to detail and outstanding customer service, particularly from their associate Jason, exceeded all expectations. Jason's assistance in arranging the birthday setup for our room was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, making our celebration truly memorable. Apart from Jason, I also want to mention that all the other staff members at DoubleTree by Hilton Business Bay were super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness added to the overall wonderful experience. Additionally, the breakfast buffet at My Square was a culinary delight, offering an extensive selection of delectable options that left us thoroughly satisfied. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Business Bay for any special occasion or staycation. The exceptional service, attention to detail, and fantastic dining experience at My Square, coupled with Jason's outstanding assistance and the friendliness of the entire staff, made our stay truly unforgettable.
