Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location, walking distance to Deira City Centre mall which was ideal. Pool is lovely, clean and gets good sunlight on it. Cons: suite facilities were dated and not much food choice for breakfast. Pool side bar food was also quite basic, not like what was shown on the menu, was a little disappointed.

We spent a few hours here as Emirates had booked us into this hotel due to our long layover in Dubai. We had to wait quite a while to get our room, but it was nice of the staff to offer us breakfast while we waited. Big variety of breakfast options - English, American, Arabic, Indian. The room was spacious, but the bathroom could do with some improvement. The shower was not really up to par.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location. The hotel employees are all very nice and polite. The employees responded to all questions and requests. The pool is very nice, as well as the breakfast hall. Ms. Kyipyar was one of the nicest people we could meet in the hotel. She responded to all of our wishes and enriched our time here.

The room cleaning service was perfect thanks to Sahoo. Bed always well made, bottles of water every day, towels changed every day. Everything was tidy and cleaned. We would also like to congratulate Chef Eric for his morning breakfast and his good humor.
