Very good for the price if you have a car. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Indoor pool is a bit small and a bit deep for kids. Room at first floor with big balcony is a plus point, very relaxing. However receptionist is a bit slow.

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were really nice. The one thing that was most dissappinting was how dirty the plates, knives and forks were at the dinner and breakfast. The other thing was the food was okay nothing special not so tasty. And the secojd most dissapointing thing was the elevator on our luck we were on the third floor and we could walk up there with no problem. The elevator was so slow that if you pressed the button to call the elevator it took up to 5min for the elevator to come and only one out of two was working.
Otherwise it is a good value for the money.

Was an amazing holiday, I enjoyed every second of being there. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful with great views on either side of the building. The service was amazing, everyone had smiles on their faces and happy to help. We were especially grateful for Mouhcina. He helped us in any aspect you can imagine with taxi bookings to issues to suggestions on where to go and was just the most amazing person ever. The hotel itself was extremely pretty and clean and modern. The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet had tons of selection for adults and kids with different themed nights. I would definitely go again. The only thing I would say was a bit annoying was the pool hours. They were only open from 10am to 8pm. I would love if they opened earlier or closed later as an early morning dip was something I was really looking forward too. But regardless a 10/10 experience and I really enjoyed my time at the hotel.

We had a lovely room with views across the island and a sea view to the side. Food was excellent, staff were very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. The shower over the bath ran off the taps and was very old and difficult to use. The location of the hotel meant you had to travel to the coast although buses were accessible from nearby.

Went last year however this year has been disappointing. When we first arrived at the room the bathroom walls were covered in different lengths of thick black hair that still wasnt removed after the cleaner had been the next day so i had to wipe off myself. Was told that we couldn't have out drinks sat at the tables near the pool even though there was no one else around? So clearly sitting is only a privilege for the all inclusive guests. Went for dinners at the restaurant plaza area down the street where spanish children were throwing wet tampons at people eating. Very unwelcoming everywhere. There was no daytime entertainment as the rep was too busy talking to the lifeguards instead of doing anything for the guests. Honestly very upset about the treatment we've received considering how much we liked it last year. Only bonus is how close to the airport u are so u can leave this hell hole quickly. Last year we thought we had found a great place for future holidays but we wont be back.
