Definitely has its pros and cons so up to personal preference.
Pros : Very lovely, polite and attentive staff that makes you feel welcomed. The resort has many properties and facilities for your exploration. Buggy service are always on time as well. The ocean and sunset view are breathtaking here.
Cons : we stayed in the Rimba property with very thin walls and facing high traffic corridor. It doesn’t help that most of the guests here are from China and are always loud and rowdy, making the experience less pleasant. Food can be a tad bit expensive but to be expected at a resort standard.

Amazing hotel. It really was an experience to just be there.
The staff are very well trained, probably the best I have seen. The breakfast options are amazing and the cleanliness of hotel spot on.
Beautiful spa and grounds. The hotel was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave the hotel itself. We also had access to the other hotels within the grounds all beautiful. I would love to go hack there worth the money you pay.
Beautiful beautiful beautiful.

Stay here for company meeting so can't explore much...it was wonderful resort...with ocean view...service is great...all staffs were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast with various menu. There's rockbar inside, so of you stay here no need to go out...just chill inside the resort. All facilities are available

Would have rated 5/5 if the manager did not send me an email asking if we took away the kimonos in the room. This is an unacceptable mistake since they had ample time to check the room before letting us go. Without any evidence they sent an email 3 hours after our departure asking us to pay for the kimonos we did not take. After I replied the email to the manager saying we did not take them, no response was received. Very bad management.

We enjoyed it a lot with our family. The breakfast provided a lot of options and the pools are big enough to have space to swim. Personally I'm not a fan of resort hotels, but my family forced me to go (and pay). In the end I could enjoy Ayana resort more than I thought.
