The staff was literally spying on US and we didn’t EVEN have a kettle AND TO GET ONE WE HAD TO PAY????? When we went to the buffet some other family members didn’t want to eat but we STILL GOT CHARGED EXTRA, HORRIBLE NEVER COMING BACK.

Best entertainment I’ve seen for a long time. Kids especially will love her warmth and kindness. If you want someone to connect with your kids and let the parents have a drink. She’s amazing xx

Had an all-inclusive stay with my wife and 7-year-old son. First of all service and food is really great! A lot of variation in the meals and a lot of delicious courses to try. Always something for the kids to eat eat. Rooms are in a decent condition so nothing to complain about. Show every evening, will of course repeat every week. Location a little less than 10 km from Marbella Old Town is really good. 1 km from the beach and with free shuttle transport. Can only be recommended!

I stayed here a week. The staff are amazing especially the Reception staff and cleaners and some of the dinning area staff. The rooms are basic but very clean. If yr English the TV has one channel BBC news in English, yr be ok if you understand Spanish. The food in the dinning area was good and a big variety, the pastries are great and very clean. I really enjoyed breakfast. The Entertainment not my taste but each to their own. Hotel has a mini bus that takes u to a beach which runs every half hour. The hotel is occupied by mainly Spanish guests, I would say 95%. I must admit they are not very friendly, and they would not even give eye contact to say morning or HOLA. We did meet one or two English guests and they said they felt the same. Also the view from our balcony- see photos NOT GOOD
