Not a bad hotel but we didn't feel it's a true 4star. It felt more like a 2star or 3star at best. Staff were fantastic and so friendly, which was great, but other than that it wasn't the best. Room seemed like it hadn't been renovated in about 20 years BUT it was incredibly clean so that made it acceptable for us. Location wasn't good, we regretted staying here rather than in central Malaga or closer to the beach in Torremolinos. Spent a huge amount on taxis!

Pros: 1. Spacious rooms (I had top floor sea view); 2. Great price 3. Staff very lovely and kind 4. Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic were great) - all bartenders and entertainment staff were lovely 5. Entertainment good (for children, families, and older adults) - there are quite a few competitions to include darts and bingo 6. Grocery store a 5 minute walk down the street for snacks as there are not many offers past 9pm Cons: 1. Pool closes early (6:30 pm) when I was there in April - so no late night swims 2. Food is incredibly bland - I am not picky but there was no seasoning whatsoever (make sure to have salt & pepper at your table) 3. Not as accommodating for adults alone - bar closes at 12am, "club" downstairs targeted toward older people and children, pool closes early, not many adult-friendly activities 4. Shuttle service to town did not run from 12-4 (however there is a great bus M110 that will take you directly to Torremolinos and to Malaga - the other way - for a couple of euros) 5. Lots of ants so be careful NOTE - If you are a young couple, the majority of the older guests were very creepy and made both my partner and I incredibly uncomfortable. They were oggling and staring, trying to grab me and my partner (mind you I was fully clothed), and would come closer to us by the pool, the dining room, and the bars. I know that this is not a fault of the hotel, but it did put a damper on the overall experience.

Not bad generally but details are making you grumpy. Such as lots of pensioners:) you start to feel like one very quickly. Building unsold but clean. Rooms were big as well (for Uk standard) friendly staff. BIG NO was no tea or coffee service during lunch and dinners. They are trying to get the place rotating quickly so they don’t want you to sit there and enjoy your after food, coffee or tea. Which was a very annoying. Food isn’t amazing but OK I guess you get what you’re paying for🤔 for family of 3 paid around £1000 including flights from London for a week stay and all inclusive

I went here with family For 6 days 7 Nights And It Was Not The Best Experience I’ve had. The Room Was Not To Bad Cleaned Regularly But The Pilows Were Not Up To Standards For A 4 Star Hotel The AC Was BROKEN And We Were Very Hot. The Hotel It Gave Me Bendiorm Vibes Allround It Was Quite Funny Actually Seening All The 50+ British Men Falling Over Eachother With England Fans Singing Football Chants with tattoos From Head To Toe. The Pool is nice Very Deep But Nice and Refreshing( I didn’t Expect it to be so cold Though) Me And My Family Was All inclusive Was It Worth It Probably Not I mean Free Drinks Is Lovely Jubile But You Have To Guard These Tokens With your entire life. They Also Tried To Fenise Us 50 Euro When we wanted to upgrade to all inclusive Full Time Whitch I was not pleased About Lucky My Family Was On The Ball And noticed this So Called Error. The Food Was Not The Greatest It Was A Buffet And Lots of little Kids Running Aroud Scofing Food With There Greasy Hands Also In the restaurant And This Is My Biggest Problem With This Hotel Was a song That Kept Playing On Repeat Sounding Women Burning Her Tongue On Some Soup Like Uhaaahaaa Uha uha ha ha uha ha Oh my days It’s The Worst Song I’ve Ever Heard In MY LIFE Also There Was A Guy Who Spoke English And The Only Words he would say Would Be Allright mate Or See you later Mate or Arsenal It might seem Funny for 3 days but after the 3 day window you would just want tell him to shut up( no offence) the entertainment Was Mediocre And the prizes Were Cheap With Bad Bottles Of Champenge which manny people would think would be nice but you would much rather win 50 Euro Or A Day all Inclusive or something along The Lines. The staff were Good With Kids And Hardworking.Would I Come Back here To be honest NO It’s a bit of a waste of money but I still had a good hoilday

Room was big and clean but very old. Staff are friendly. Swimming pool was closed. The food is medium quality and every day is same. Chicken and fish. Side dish is pommes every day. Breakfast is classic.
