This was my first time on my own in a different country and I found the hotel very clean staff very friendly food quite amazing with so much choice and that was for breakfast and evening meal half board the rooms were big clean tidy and the staff was very amazing. The hotel is two minutes away from the town bus stop right outside the front door couldn't ask for a better hotel the walking shower and the water pressure amazingly beautiful the only one thing I would say is that the telly is only in Spanish and I didn't understand Spanish. Had a little outside balcony that I could sit on and it was just a massive Room with a fridge a complimentary bottle of family. I would recommend the hotel and I will be going back....... It had two bars one in the middle of the hotel where you go out for your swimming pool and relaxing area to get some bathing and then you had to rooftop bar which had amazing views couldn't fault it and would recommend it to anybody even with a big family stuff for amazing I must if you ever go to torremolinas in my opinion thank you all staff for all your help. The hotel looks nothing like it does it the photos online. It is totally run down. The 10th floor bar is nice and the bartender is great but I went up again to catch the sunset at 7:45pm and it was closed. The 18 euro evening meal (buffet is all they offer) was worse than the food served at my middle school cafeteria in the 80’s. The best thing was the cold potato salad with canned tuna and grated fake cheddar cheese on top. It felt like the food was cooked 3 days earlier. EDIT - I had to add a star because the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The hotel public spaces are nicely decorated, however the private rooms are tired. Our suite left a lot to be desired as the bathroom is very small and the room was hot and noisy. Breakfast was average.

Location is brilliant, room is good but nowhere on balcony to hang your towel and swim wear to dry , cleaning staff very polite but balcony glass and rail very dirty , however when ringing reception no one answered the phone , also key card didnt work on a couple of occasions, went to reception to be told maybe its your fault for keeping it by my phone as this was kept in my wallet hardly my fault .think staff need to be a bit more polite or find a job that they like .

Booked via Jet2holidays. The property is rated as three star plus with their internal system. I couldn’t agree more with the rating I’m very happy with the experience I’ve received and the value for money. Me and my partner upgraded to a ‘ my favourite club’ room and this included a bottle in our room on arrival and also gives us access to an exclusive snack area. The hotel doesn’t offer an all-inclusive, however offers the snack area exclusively to this club and there was a lot of food in the private area like Maccarone cheese, lasagne sandwiches, coffees, and alcohol. The hotel does offer an evening meal. However, this is payable of €18 per person. the hotel is around a 15 minute walk or so to the beach. The staff at the hotel have also been very friendly . Usually I wouldn’t return to a hotel as I like to explore a range of different areas. However, I would happily come back to this hotel.
