Nice resort. F+B staff service/attention is good. Front desk staff average at best. Didn’t allocate a 2 room family booking for a 7 night stay next to each other, so we had random party people in between us nightly smoking etc. Rooms are dated but Housekeeping were great. Many stairs and resort built like a maze but views are superb. Overall only 3 Star at best (especially service quality), could find better value resorts elsewhere in Kata or Karon

Beautiful hotel in great location super close to the beach and 7/11.
We had a great view of the ocean from our room and the bed was huge and comfy. Amenities in the rooms were good, especially the body lotion and two daily complimentary glass bottles of water. All the staff were very nice and attentive too which made the stay feel pretty luxurious. You even get complimentary ice cream and tea, and a porter to take your bags to your room when you arrive. The room service we ordered on our first night was delicious and the Friday poolside grill buffet was amazing.
The pools were awesome and we swam every day, although they could be a little cooler as they were both quite heated and when the weather is already boiling it’s not super comfortable to get into a warm pool.
I have three downsides of this hotel. First, I wish the music they played in the pool areas was A. less loud as it was pretty deafening when you’re trying to relax on the loungers and B. better quality, as it was mostly quite bad and generic club style covers of pop songs. It kind of ruined the relaxing poolside vibe and I didn’t want to stay outside for very long.
Second, four air conditioning units were placed directly outside our room door, which were very loud at night, and our room’s air conditioning itself was also very loud so we had to place it on the lowest setting just to fall asleep. Even then I woke up quite a few times on the first night and had to wear earplugs for the rest of the time.
Third, the wifi in our room was kind of poor and was either slow or didn’t work at all a lot of the time.
Overall though a very relaxing and luxurious stay. I’d definitely come back again.

An easy walk to the beach. Laundry and a 7-Eleven right across the street. Food markets are about a four block walk. Great location, The one down side, we took 3 different elevators to get to our room. It is built on the side of a cliff. The breakfast buffet was great lots and lots of choices.

I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly amazing this hotel is! We came with our 8 month old daughter and had a blast. We loved it so much that we extended our stay 7 extra days. The staff is definitely the highlight. They are all so attentive and share a genuinely warm demeanor. This includes front desk staff, kitchen staff, room cleaners, facility cleaners, the security guard even helped us cross the street a few times… everyone is so kind and professional! I want to give special thanks to Pang Pond, Daisy, Rose, Morn, and Nest for going above and beyond to make our family’s stay comfortable.
What made this place so ideal was also the two large pools, the kids club where our daughter could play and take a break from the hot sun, and the breathtaking views from the balcony and across the property. The beach is a two minute walk from the hotel. You do need to cross a busy street but sometimes the security guard can help you! Kata beach is beautiful and it’s also easy to find shady spots if you are coming with baby (although we mostly went very early in the morning or during sunset). The food selection was also very impressive. We looked forward to breakfast each day.
I hope we get the opportunity to come back!!

Service is very nice. Location is very close to the sea, we had seaview room and we enjoyed picturesque view of sea from our balcony every day. But rooms of first row face the noisy street, keep in mind this fact.
Hotel is not so new and we faced clogged sink in bathroom and out of ordered air-conditioning within our vacation. Fortunately, all issues were resolved very quickly.
