An amazing stay had at Ikos Oceania Hotel. On arrival, the staff were friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble during my stay. The hotel is spotlesly clean, and there is so much attention to detail within the hotel rooms. I could write a book on how fantastic the food is with numerous top-quality restaurants on site to dine at. The variety is fantastic. The evening entertainment is definitely worth a visit too. I can say that once you have been to an Ikos resort, you would definitely go back again and again. I am taking away lots of good memories and looking forward to going again soon.

I have only been here for a few days and it's already the best hotel experience I've ever had. Service is faultless everyone is super friendly and accomodating. The food and drinks are top tier. I would highly recommend staying here if you're given the opportunity. We're looking to rebook again before the holiday has even ended.

This is a high-end, high cost resort. They have a number of top-notch restaurants and an amazing buffet option. You are advised to book restaurants as soon as you can as spaces are limited. We were unable to book the French restaurant at all. One afternoon we wandered through the French restaurant and it was full of family's with children, I was very disappointed.

The attitude of the staff is fantastic - the client and his wishes are put on a pedestal and every guest of the hotel feels special and cared for in the best possible way. The cleanliness is at an extremely high level and the quality of the food is excellent. We would be happy to visit the complex again at the earliest opportunity.

It's hard to believe all the rave reviews but they're there for a reason. The service and care is absolutely out of this world. It really is everything you read it to be. I was skeptical any place could live up to such a high reputation but it 100% does. The concierge service was unbelievably good. Nothing was any effort to them. They made every request seem simple and easy. True professionalism. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The setting is stunning. Deep blue seas, bright blue skies, white snowy peaks of Mount Olympus in background. Every place in hotel was worth sitting in and taking in the views. Hotel reception balcony was probably my favourite place to spend a quiet half hour soaking in the sun, the views, the coffees. Food was really good and the Anya (Asian) restaurant was out of this world good. Providence and Ouzo (French and Greek) were superb too. Beach was lovely. Service on beech was superb too. Beach side Restaurant was a great place to have lunch...perhaps my favourite. This resort really is as good as its reviews suggest. It's actually the best 5 star resort I've been anywhere in the world. I can't wait to go back!!

Couldn't fault the service right from airport pick up to the reception at the resort, the service was brilliant. The waiters by the pool and beach sides with unlimited drinks, snacks and meal service were excellent and courteous. The a la carte and buffet restaurants all served great tasting food. Definitely good value for 💰

This has to be the best all inclusive resort I have ever stayed in!!! The service on arrival was so warming. No queuing to check in with children after a full day of travel, they check in for you while you sit down and enjoy a drink (table service). All your luggage is brought to your room. What I wasn’t expecting… every single staff member we passed in resort said hello. Everything went a table service and even at the pool. So no need to queue like most all inclusive resorts at the bar. The food was sublime and top quality wine. The reception staff booked our whole week dining programme in all the restaurants for us. This even included a dine out at a local restaurant included, which was so special. There are Tesla’s to hire included, rooms cleaned twice a day with a bedtime service. These little touches just made our whole stay so special. The kids (we have 3), had a free bike hire service and had so much independence cycling around the secure resort. The resort, rooms and everywhere was spotlessly clean. I’ve fallen in love and could never go back to any other supposed 5* all inclusive as nothing as ever matched this experience. Thank you so much to all of you at Ikos for being so welcoming and friendly and making our stay perfect.

Third stay this summer and another great experience. I had the most amazing stay at Ikos Olivia Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the incredible experience they provided. The food was not only delicious but also a culinary journey that I won't forget. The hotel's vibe was perfect – a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. And let's talk about the location – right in the heart of beauty and tranquility. What truly set Ikos Olivia apart was their high standard of service. Every interaction with the staff was a delight – their attention to detail and genuine warmth made me feel truly valued. It is a wonderful resort, staffed with wonderful people. I've given it four stars because there are children EVERYWHERE. There are just a few "adult only" areas, but you can still hear the crying and shrieking of the many children in these areas. Children are adorable, but I'd rather not share a bar with them. 🤷‍♀️ Had I known what to expect, I would have booked elsewhere. I'm so glad there is a great resort for families to visit, but for an adult get away, I would have chosen differently had I known.

Sorry to say we are very disappointed with the service at the Ikos Olivia the guest relations does not seem to care about the guests, we have stayed at the sister resort Ikos Aria and we were expecting similar, it seems to take at least 2 days to get a response to any request. Honestly most of the other staff at the resort are excellent, however the guest relations let the rest of the staff down, hence the 1 star review on service The issues started even before our stay started after contacting requesting our restaurant booking and no response for 10days and only after a phone call was our request resolved. The issues were resolved after talking to the manager, this should not have happened. The hotel pool while they say are heated are NOT, even after we and many other people told the staff the pools are cold, nothing was done, all requests were pretty much ignored .

Beautiful hotel and in an even better setting. The staff are excellent. Any request isn’t too much for them. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Who would think that a hotel would provide a steriliser, bottle warmer and baby bath? I have to say a special thank you to Helen. She really went above and beyond. Our son has an allergy to egg and they made sure that they made him waffles and pancakes daily- Fresh. Such a beautiful place to stay. 7 days are clearly not enough. We will definitely be back soon 😍

Our first family holiday with our 9 month old daughter and we couldn't be more impressed. The service is phenomenal and the resort is stunning. The staff will accommodate any request at all hours, which helps when you're trying to entertain a child. Every meal in every restaurant was delicious. There is plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained throughout the day even if the weather isn't great, so a perfect spot, even out of peak season. We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful, clean, tidy, relaxed resort. There were lots of children but I hardly saw them as I was on the adults only beach and in the adults only pool. The decor is beautiful. The rooms very comfortable. I felt totally relaxed and was waited on hand and foot ! Paradise

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is gorgeous, everyday we woke up to a beautiful sunrise, a seaview room is a must. The staff worked really hard to make sure we had a great time, keeping things clean, prompt, and professional. The food at all the restaurants is great. I would recommend the hotel and resort to anyone looking to stay in Corfu for a few days.

Approaching the end of our 10 night stay here. First time at Dassia, after visiting Olivia a couple of times. Opted for Deluxe collection. Beautiful far reaching sea views, enjoying the best of the sun from a large beach and number of pools. Large stand alone ground floor room within the grounds featuring patio with retractable roof and garden space. Spotless room as usual, well stocked mini bar. Lovely space to relax. A la carte restaurants, we booked these well in advance of arriving via the app. Needs to be done as I understand from others that they have struggled to book their n preferences. No issues for us though. Food has been well presented and exciting with great service, varied wine lists available. Couple of dishes we haven’t been too fond of for a few different reasons, but no big deal. Wine bar is a nice place for pre dinner drinks. We have wine tasting there coming up (needs to be booked). Tesla Model Y used for the day from 9am to 7pm. Again, must be booked, but very much worthwhile and lots of exploring to be done. Fully electric, use as much as you want. As standard, pleasant staff who are friendly and welcoming. Some areas/ bars seem to have better service frequency than others. The staff at the Deluxe Pool are absolutely fantastic, incredibly attentive and always offering service. Looking forward to our final few nights, sunset cruise and dining on the beach. Thank you for another wonderful stay at IKOS. Edit - we thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting last night. It was led by Head Sommelier Anastasios Cheimarios. His enthusiasm and passion for wine is second to none. It was a fascinating hour spent, and I was further delighted when Anastasios appeared at our dinner table (in a completely separate part of the resort) a few hours later to pick a suitable wine for our meal. Absolutely fantastic.

A week in Ikos Andalusia with a toddler and we feel like we’ve had a holiday. Wasn’t sure what to expect with an all inclusive but they’ve set a high bar. Given a week at this place is likely to set you back £4-5k though, you’d hope they would! If there was a 4.5 star review option that would be more accurate but I can’t quite bring myself to give it 4 stars. The place is big enough and well equipped enough for a lovely week away but make no mistake, there are A LOT of families with young kids (there are adult kids not areas though). The service is exceptional, loved the very convenient WhatsApp concierge, can sometimes go a bit overboard when you’ve been asked 6 times how the meal is though. The heated pools are fantastic (especially the toddler and family pools) and the amenities like bike hire and buses to Estepona are fab. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony, day bed and well stocked bathrooms. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet options at Flavours were very well catered and generally great food but we found the restaurants rather hit and miss. Ouzo and Seasons were the best options but the food at Fresco was not good at all. I wouldn’t say it was 5* or Michelin starred food. I’m also being pedantic here but the alcohol free options are a bit limited which is surprising given every other woman there seemed to be pregnant. The beach is also a little disappointing, very pebbly and rocky. I guess that’s not entirely within their control but I think they photoshop some images to make it look like golden sands which it is not. I’d recommend it but just be a bit more honest about what you get for the price than how they sell it.

We have just arrived home from a 7 night stay here and we had a fabulous family holiday with our 11 month old. We stayed in a deluxe one bedroom suite which was lovely, we love staying deluxe to utilise the benefits. Food was excellent, drinks great and all pool areas are fabulous. Special thanks to Dennis for ensuring our stay was perfect. Dora, being on hand for service by the deluxe pool. Flor from deluxe team for assisting us with requests. Sandra was fabulous in the spa. The team made a huge fuss of our baby, who throughly enjoyed the attention and the holiday, she didn’t want to leave! I would recommend ikos hotels to couples and families, there’s something for everyone! Thank you and see you next time.

Fantastic facilities and set up. However, massively let down by inability to be able to adapt food menu’s to cater for coeliac needs. Also mixed messaging of what is available from room service menu for breakfast and nothing is labelled with allergy warnings. We had continuous food issues

Fantastic staff and service! The food options are great and very tasty. There are a lots of activities for all the family. The pools were heated in October and that was very good. The only thing is about food and drinks wastage, there should introduce some sort of control to help improving the quality of some food ingredients.

We’re a recurring Ikos guest - which says a lot. 2018 @ Oceania, 2019 @ Aria, 2020/21 Covid stopped us, 2022 @ Aria and now 2023 @ Andalusia. And we were not once disappointed. If you look for a real luxury AI experience in Europe, for families, without being a (loud and overcrowded) family hotel, the this group is your choice. Full stop. We likes that at Andalusia everything is closer together than in the other resorts, making the ways shorter. But at the same time, even though the hotel was full, it was never crowded. An unbelievable number of great pool, bars and restaurants did ease it. There’s a few we want to mention particularly, although EVERYONE was great! Fefi @ Provence, extremely friendly, helpful, very caring about my allergies and as well funny; Celeste @ Checkin, making this a great start and taking care of us; Mihailo @ Fresco, very caring, practicing his German and accommodating; Vasilis and George @ Adult Cocktail Bar, they’re not just making awesome drinks, but are very social and nice to chat with; Konstantina @ Beach Club, making us feel really beloved guests; Konstantinos @ Anaya, at our daughters birthday party, making sure she feels like a little princess; Rodrigo @ Pool bar, had a cocktail learning lesson with our daughter and she loved it; Sophia @ Olivia, making sure there was no wish left open, even organized cinnamon for the churros; Maria (Supervisor) @ Fresco, fixing the forgotten birthday party for our daughter, making sure it felt like planned; The Whole water sports team on the beach, where we did a 1h jetski tour; we felt safe and they really accommodated us very well And big thanks as well to Timoleon the general manager. He recognized something small went wrong and took care himself to fix it. Thank you. We will be back!

One of the best family hotel experiences we ever had. Everyone from the 6y old to the 1,5 old and also the adults enjoyed it to the fullest. The beach, pools, kids club and restaurants are all super nice and well layed out. While the Odisia is still in the beginnings and you can see and feel it here and there, everything below 5* would be affront. The staff is pushing 150% to make you and your family happy. We sure will come again!

This is a fantastic resort! Just had a 8 day vacation with my family and it is absolutely fantastic. I’ve read some negative reviews which I absolutely don’t understand. The food, the location, the staff. Everything is 5 star. When you come to the pool they rush to you to provide towels, minibar always full, 24/7 roomservice, amazing restaurants with stunning view. You can arrange everything true WhatsApp. It is large accommodation and they pick you up from the room to drive you to your restaurant with golfcarts. You can also get free bikes and there are 25 teslas you can use free of charge to drive the island. First Ikos experience and we are allready planning the next Ikos vacation!

Thanos (Quality Manager) and William (the hotel manager) were so friendly and accommodating - we arrived on their first day of opening and everything was perfect! We are completely blown away with the standard and the hotel site. Thanos made us feel so welcome and was so kind to us - would highly recommend to anyone!

It is a beautiful resort with extremely friendly hard working staff and I too do not understand so much negativity. We were one of the first arrivals. And yes there were a few issues with housekeeping, and staffing, but they worked hard and stayed so positive and friendly with issues being resolved during our stay. Which is the most important bit. We are truelly looking forward to being back!

This hotel blows anywhere else I have stayed out of the water. The attentive staff can not do enough for you, they really make your experience a holiday to remember! Beds and pillows are super comfy, rooms cleaned daily if not twice a day! All staff were so friendly and accommedating to me being pregnant (if I wanted anything that was not on the menu, cravings etc) The staff in the lobby knew our names and the drinks we ordered by day 2, which is super impressive! So many activities to do, delicious food at the al carte restaurants and buffett. I can not see how any other hotel apart from other Ikos locations will be able to even come to par with my holiday here! If I could score this hotel 10* I would!

We have had yet another fantastic Ikos experience. I would highly recommend you book deluxe for this one. We were so glad that we did as the deluxe pool was fantastic. John and Anistasia were amazing, and we managed to order B52's thanks to Anistasia. Shout out to Fabian at the deluxe pool as well. Food was fantastic everywhere 😋 I would recommend if you go to the island with the church, take sensible footware. Sliders were difficult to climb in but managed. I would also say the sunset cruise is a must, captain is fantastic, and you also get a lot of ouzo. Great holiday, thank you, Ikos team again. Will be back.

Amazing place with an amazing service. We were there during the summer with our 18 months twins and everything was perfect. They have 8 restaurants and all were great, specially the Greek, Mediterranean, French and Japanese. And the personal at the hotel is really taking care of the guests.

An all round brilliant holiday experience. We visited in May for 10 days, bit of a rocky start with no airport collection on arrival and a 2.5 hour wait at reception whilst they scrambled to find us a room. Ended up being upgraded, we suspect because they had none available of the room we booked, which made up for a pretty bad first impression, but right at the start of the season with a new batch of staff stuff like this must happen. But after that, was a 10/10 experience. Excellent service, brilliant food, drink and cocktails. 1 day Tesla rental, yoga, wine tasting and peddle boat rentals kept us busy. Restaurants were really amazing, French one definitely our favourite. Drinks had a habit of not arriving. Very child friendly, maybe a little too child friendly if you don’t have kids, but had an adults only area and pools. Definitely book restaurants in advance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ikos! Unparalleled all inclusive experience for us. We look forward to trying the different resorts over next few years!

Everything was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful, literally everything you could think of was taken care of. Food quality and preparation was 5 star all around. The hotel and facilities were kept extremely clean and a lot of care has been taken to ensure a high standard of hygiene. I look forward to going back one day or trying another Ikos resort. The resort really caters to families and we really enjoyed being at a family place with our small children. I don’t think I would go as a couple without kids because there are a lot of families but that’s just a personal preference. Lastly, making special requests before we arrived was very easy. I really appreciate that staff were so responsive on email.

Excellent hotel wonderfully located between Cala Mendia and Cala Romantica! We had our Suit in the first line with an amazing see view! The hotel is very big but you don't feel the crowd, it's nicely structured and gives everyone the opportunity to relax. The hotel crew is super friendly and helpful. They offer lots of extra activities to entertain kids and adults. Ideal hotels for a family stay! Thank you Blau Punta Reina! 💕

I came from Germany, but translated into English for the international guests. Pros: - Well-kept, modernly designed rooms - Stable WiFi - Very nice pools - Very extensive buffet - Friendly family audience Cons: - Extremely loud – relaxation 0% - Drilling and hammering noises early in the morning and on Sundays - Room service not thorough - Bar staff unfriendly - Dreary, boring location I booked a package deal for 7 nights of relaxation here. As a solo traveler I'm a bit out of place as this is a typical family hotel. Great for children and families. By the way, I prefer them a thousand times over Ballermann proletarians, so: everything's good, families = great. The outdated rooms that are often criticized here have now been renovated obviously. It's all good, quite new, nothing special, but not old either. Considering I booked a "superior" room, I'm quite disillusioned. This is absolutely standard, I expected more. I really liked the bathroom with the powerful rain shower. The WiFi also worked reliably and well in large parts of the area. The room service sometimes leaves their mark: fittings were not cleaned several times (as can be seen from the water stains that still remain), the beds were made but not remade: The same bed linen for days - that's not possible in a 4-star hotel. One day the room wasn't cleaned despite a sign on the door saying "please clean the room"; the following day only after I asked for it personally at reception at 2:15 p.m. On two days, the sounds of drilling and hammering echoed through the hotel. Once in the morning at 8 a.m., once in the morning on Sunday! I understand that such a large complex needs maintenance sometimes, but not this early in the morning and not on Sundays. This really disrupts my personal holiday feeling. The events on the hotel grounds are very loud, you can hear everything - music, clapping, cheering, singing. I'm very glad that I didn't have a room near the stage - it starts with fitness in the morning and ends with live performances in front of an audience in the evening. Tables and chairs are also moved around down in the bar every evening until well after midnight. This is extremely annoying - a few hundred felt feet would quickly and cheaply provide a relaxing relief for many hotel guests. The bar staff were unfriendly. Smiling is a foreign word, you also get the impression that they have no desire to speak any language other than Spanish - in such a large resort, English should at least be standard. Especially since I just order drinks and don't want to hear their life story. All other employees (reception and restaurants) were consistently friendly! As an all-inclusive holidaymaker, I often ate in the restaurant downstairs. It's incredibly loud, the two dining rooms have no boundaries, so you can hear everything from the many children and the hundreds of other guests. A horrible atmosphere - you just want to eat your fill quickly and disappear straight away, maybe that's the strategy behind it... The food itself is very good and varied, there is a lot of fish, meat, pasta dishes, pizza, salads, fruit and much more, also great spanish dishes. It's actually almost the same every day, but the variety is enough for a week and most of it tastes good. You should keep in mind that the location really doesn't offer anything. Luckily I had an affordable rental car from Palma in advance that really made my days. S'Estany d'en Mas is a desolate place, abandoned or even dilapidated bars and restaurants. A Spar down the street, two outdated souvenir shops, that's it. No restaurants, no shops, no promenade. Hotel premises only. The direct beach location that was promised to me by the organizer turned out to be a climb over cliffside stairs. So nothintg for beach lovers - or little kids. Luckily, thanks to my car, I can get to Cala Millor in 20 minutes. I will go there again in the future.

Last visit at Blau sadly. Second time coming and although the general hotel is very clean, tidy & can’t complain at buffet offerings… The evening entertainment has a little to be desired for at times and some of the staff are less than friendly to say it’s the hospitality sector. However the overwhelming majority of staff are wonderful. Beaches are breathtaking providing you are able to manage the jagged pathways. The pools are well sized, albeit a bit cold in the autumn season. (Not heated). Must say the manager here is a top chap, and does well with this establishment. A small side note which did leave a bad aftertaste is the open discrimination against some of our family by other hotel GUESTS. Be cautious coming to this area if you’re not white, as you will get stared at, A LOT. We’re human too and had just come on our holidays as a family to enjoy ourselves, not be stared at like strange animals. This isn’t Blau’s fault, but a side note to other potential travellers. EDIT: The guests, not the staff!!

Blau punta reina is Amazing? Service is the best you can get, seriously, i reccomend the all inclusive package, the lack of security is slightly concerning with no CCTV anywhere, pur rooms got robbed even tho we locked our doors, the hotel itself is amazing tho, even in April when restaurants in the hotel are closed the main buffet is thriving, pools are great & theres a great beach nearby. The place where the resort is, is really beautiful. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms need a little bit of update, but it's not a big issue. The food is good, it's an international cuisine, so you can find something good to eat all the time. The beach is clean and beautiful.
