We spent a week here with my mom and our 24 and 26 year old children. The service was excellent, there were a lot of good food choices, and the room and pools were great. Everyone on staff was very friendly.
The sandy beach was amazing with shallow water at wading depth for 100s of feet out. We spent our mornings scuba diving (included) and the kids got scuba certified on the first couple days of the trip (not included).
It was nice to scuba several days in a row and build up our comfort using the gear under water. By the last day we were very comfortable and even swam through a cave at the very end! :)

We had a group of 10 for Spring Break and the resort couldn't have been better. First off, the beach is amazing, its one of the largest that we have experienced at any Sandals or Beaches Resorts. Secondly, the pool and water parks are great for the kids. There is plenty of space and at no time were there lines or congestion. Finally, the food was just incredible. Every restaurant we ate at was really good. Our favorite was Yaku, it's a family style restaurant but be prepared to eat a lot!
I also want to mention the staff, who were just incredible the entire time. They were so nice, and responded to any ask we had. My nephew turned one on the trip and when the staff learned that, they got him a cake and a party. Just a great surprise. We highly recommend this location!

Beaches Negril Jamaica is an absolute gem in the world of luxury resorts! My recent stay here was nothing short of spectacular, and I can't stop raving about it. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel like family.
First and foremost, let's talk about relaxation. Beaches Negril is the epitome of tranquility. The serene atmosphere, coupled with the soothing sounds of the waves, instantly melted away any stress I had. It truly felt like a paradise where time stood still, and worries simply faded away.
The staff here are the real stars of the show. Not only are they incredibly friendly and accommodating, but they go above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles and helpful advice. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to making guests feel at home, and Beaches Negril nails it perfectly.
Now, let's talk about the accommodations. Wow! My room was nothing short of amazing. Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities one could ask for. It was my own little slice of paradise, and I looked forward to returning to it each day after soaking up the sun and sand.
And speaking of sun and sand, the beach at Beaches Negril is simply breathtaking. The soft, powdery sand between your toes, the crystal-clear waters stretching out as far as the eye can see, and the stunning scenery that surrounds you—it's a scene straight out of a postcard.
In summary, Beaches Negril Jamaica exceeded all my expectations and then some. If you're looking for the ultimate relaxation getaway, look no further. With friendly staff, amazing accommodations, and a beach that dreams are made of, this resort truly has it all. We booked again and can't wait to return!

We vacationed at Beaches Negril for one week. We went with two other families. We had seven kids ranging from five to eleven.
It was phenomenal. I can't think of a single complaint.
The food was abundant and delicious. There are multiple restaurants as well as some takeout style food trucks on the beach.
I highly recommend doing a snorkeling excursion. The price is included.
My favorite things:
1. The beach
2. Waterslides
3. Food
4. Night entertainment

This was a family (2 adults 2 12yr-olds) vacation for Spring Break. We were so looking forward to the trip as we had an amazing time at Beaches Turks & Caicos last year. Unfortunately it just didn't live up to the Beaches name. The resort allows wedding events on premises, which is fine and wonderful. The music level of the wedding needs to be adjusted. It CANNOT be so loud that it shook the sliding glass doors to our porch area. There was no way we could sleep with that level of inconsiderate noise. They need to either find a different location for these events away from guest rooms, or majorly dial down the music decibel. The food was also meh; which was surprising considering how amazing the food was at Turks. The only food we enjoyed was at Soy, eating sushi/sashimi; which you really just can’t mess up since no cooking is required. For breakfast, the buffet was adequate, but it took way too long (15 min) to get an omelet. There needs to be more than one person cooking during peak breakfast hours. Other than the buffet, there was only one other location for breakfast, so it’s always super busy and packed. If you don’t get there early enough, you’re stuck waiting an hour or just can’t get seated before breakfast hour is over. Essentially you’re stuck with the buffet pretty much everyday. Stewfish and Jerk Shack were very good. The salad truck also were our life saver for food for the week. There are NOT enough beach chairs. Many are reserved for butler rooms. Those that become available possibly late afternoon are far away from the center of the resort; which basically means you’re not getting drink service. In a 2.5 hour window, the server came over once to take/give my drink order. That’s just not acceptable. There’s really just the one pool and one hot tub. For the money, the resort offering fell super short. Many areas of the resort, including our room, need major updating. Our phone didn’t work. The AC panel on the wall wasn’t even connected. The TV had no channels upon arrival. I had to figure out how to load the channels myself. If I wasn’t tech savvy, we would’ve been stuck without TV for the week. For two days, snorkeling wasn’t available due to equipment issues. One great thing was the staff. Everyone was super helpful and very kind. They all seem genuinely happy to be working there; which we all appreciate seeing happy smiles daily. Got a great massage at the spa. watch out for the additional service fee. They then ask you whether you want to leave gratuity right in front of the masseuse! I'm not one to skimp on tips; especially when it comes to massages. I go to one at least once/month at home so I know what's appropriate/appreciated. But asking the guest how much they want to leave right in front of the masseuse is just tacky and out right rude.
