Itinerary Highlights



Day 1 | March 25

Your Formula 1 experience begins with an overnight flight from the UK to Japan. Sit back and relax, as you look ahead to the phenomenal sporting occasion that awaits. You’ll also be able to tuck into a tasty meal and enjoy the superb inflight entertainment.

Day 2 | March 26

Arrive in Japan and make your way to your 4-star hotel, where you’ll enjoy five nights with breakfast included. Take the time to relax and recharge your batteries. Maybe step out to explore your surroundings, see a few of the sights of Osaka and refuel with some authentic Japanese cuisine.

Day 3 | March 27

The first day of F1 action has arrived, but before you hit the road, take the chance to fill your tank with a hearty breakfast. When you’ve finished, it’s time to make your way to the Suzuka Circuit to catch the first practice sessions, as the drivers get to grips with the track and familiarise themselves with the race arena.

Day 4 | March 28

It’s day two of your F1 experience, and the weekend of motor racing action is beginning to heat up. The final practice session is first up on the schedule, followed by qualifying for tomorrow’s Grand Prix. Before all of that, it’s breakfast time. Then it’s off to the Suzuka Circuit for more excitement.

Day 5 | March 29

The big race is here. Fuel up on breakfast and make your way to the Suzuka Circuit for the culmination of the weekend’s events and the 2026 Japanese Grand Prix. Expect an electric atmosphere and a day full of heart-pounding F1 thrills. Don’t forget to stick around for the post-race entertainment and fireworks.

Day 6 | March 30

Wake up with memories of yesterday’s events fresh in your mind and enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the final full day of your adventure. You then have a chance to explore the city of Osaka, with its ancient shrines and intricate temples sure to impress. Shopping, theme park fun and aquarium visits are other options to fill your day, or you could seek out the blossoming Sakura.

Day 7 | March 31

It’s the final day of your Japanese Grand Prix experience, something that you are sure to remember forever. Tuck in to breakfast before any last-minute packing. It will soon be time to set off to the airport ready for your flight home.

*Optional airport transfers are available upon request. The lead price of £1,499pp is based on two people sharing a room and a London flight. The cancellation of the F1 event (regardless of nature/reason) is beyond the control of Destination2 Ltd and should a refund through cancellation of the event itself be applicable, this will be offered to you. We will of course notify you as soon as reasonably practical should this situation occur, however, you accept this does not give automatic right to free cancellation of the accommodation, flight and transfer (if purchased) elements of your booking, which will operate as normal unless otherwise stated. We would specifically draw your attention to Section 34 of our terms and conditions in relation to this F1 offer, and you should note that F1 tickets are supplied to ourselves separately, therefore do not form part of your overall package holiday for the purposes of Package Travel Regulations.
