Blue Agave restaurant in the Paradisus Palma Real resort was outstanding. We were greeted by a friendly host with a smile on her face. Our server, Alexander was amazing (letting me know the enchiladas I ordered was a little spicy.). I ordered it anyway, and it was absolutely amazing. The supervisor, Milton, came to check on us frequently and was very friendly. My husband had the best chicken burrito he’s ever had in his life, and the dessert was to die for! We will definitely be back!!! OK

We had excellent service above and beyond expectations at the poolside during our stay. Rosanna was our server for first 3 days and highly recommend asking for her! 5 stars!! We also had the best customer service by our concierge Kelvin. He went out of his way every single day to make our time at the Paradisus Palma Real amazing. We could go on and on about the beautiful grounds and amazing service at this resort. We loved the great variety of restaurants and tried them all. You can stay as busy with activities offered or as relaxed as you want in a cabana at the beach or pool. This trip is worth every penny!!

Best service in the house! Never an empty cup and never had to ask. Very attentive staff which made for a perfect atmosphere. Alberto was our main server and ensured we lost track of time and simply enjoyed our vacation. but that whole crew was amazing! Not one server was lacking. As you can see with the picture we had created a great relationship. Celsius Pool bar!!!

Our family traveled at the end of May 2025 for one week and had a wonderful time. We were a group of 6 adults and two children. We had two deluxe rooms, one king and the other was two double beds and a sofa bed, overlooking the resort where the pool area is. We had one more deluxe King room overlooking the garden view which was nice and quiet. Rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. Staff overall was friendly, met us with smiles and a good time. We also did our share of tips which is important in these all inclusive hotels. Antonio the concierge and Luisa the hotel manager had done a great deal by accommodating our every need. They were very pleasant. Antonio sent us the activities for our family to enjoy each day and planned dinner reservations for us. Shows were great in the evening. Kidsdom offered different activities for kids everyday, from cookie & pizza making, to flying kites and dance parties. They were very involved with the kids, and took good care of them by providing the necessary attention, if we wanted to enjoy a romantic couple's dinner together. We did not have circle membership, however it seems as it was worth it to purchase to get extra perks such as better quality alcohol and services. Overall highly recommend.

wow 🫶🏻 what an amazingly beautiful time i had at this resort. all staff were so attentive and caring, especially our concierge Anayely. Special shoutout to our favorite bartenders at Rum Republic Miguel, Melvin, Milagro, made us the best Lemon Drops! Thank you Jose and Rosie at Brisas who made us feel so special and seen everyday! And lastly our wonderful waitress at Mina restaurant, Yuderqui, and the amazing manager Dionys, so sweet and personable, thank you for making our experience so great! We loved them so much we ate there twice during our trip 💕 The beach is unlike any other and our wonderful friends Raul, Ivan, and Odavy made every beach day luxurious and fun! for any excursions book with Krandell, he will make sure your experience is unique and memorable!
