As someone who has traveled to a variety of places and stayed at many hotels, I was blown away from the service of Paradisus from the moment I arrived to the entrance. The dedication and willingness to help and accommodate from all the staff was something I have never experienced before! we stayed at the reserve side which I would definitely recommend. The reserve has a seperate beach and pool which was amazing, and bars that have higher shelf liquor and an extra restaurant with better food, and a fully inclusive mini bar restocked every day, which was so worth it! We had a small issue with our meal at Sante, and the staff there (Miasel, Melqui) went above and beyond to make up for this, and the chef made us a special dinner with lobster, champagne and more. Christopher was our concierge and he texted us every morning with the actives and found us in person every day to ask if we needed anything. He also decorated the bathtub with a happy birthday sign made out of flower petals! Johan, Alfredo and Fernando from the Entertainment team were great dancers and super fun to be around. Yuderi, Martin, Gilberto, Rafael, who were amazing beach servers and bartenders at the Reserve beach and made our bed/drinks everyday. Maximo who worked at the winery was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Pool bartenders, Alberto, Jonathan, and Jorge were amazing as well. Other bartenders and waiters that went above and beyond were, Miguel, Jhojan, Diorgenis, Victor, Jean, Eduardo, Luis, Yefry, Jean, Miguel, Richard, and Manolo. I have never had that much of a positive experience with a resort staff until I came here. I will definitely be back on service alone, but not to mention the amount of space in the room and the size of the pools. Everything was modern, up to date, and we had an amazing time. The food was a hit or miss, but that's expected at an all inclusive. 10/10 stay, thank you to all!

The resort is stunning beautifully maintained grounds, lush tropical gardens, and a breathtaking beachfront that looks straight out of a postcard. The staff deserve special mention everyone was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. From the front desk to the restaurant teams, service was consistently top-notch. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and luxurious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially loved waking up to ocean views and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony. The food and drinks were outstanding plenty of delicious options for every taste, from international buffets to elegant à la carte dining. The cocktails were creative and refreshing, and the atmosphere at every restaurant was lively yet relaxing. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool, enjoy beach activities, or indulge at the spa, there’s something for everyone here. My husband and I went to Paradisus Palma Real for a week from November 8-15. It couldn't have been better or more beautirful! We stayed in the Reserve with a walk out from our room to the beach. Our butler, Gustavo, was amazing! He did an excellent job making sure everything was perfect for our 40th wedding anniversary. He even left us flowers and champagne in our room! Rafael and Martin took great care of us on the beach. The food was delicious. Truly, this resort is our favorite so far out of our Caribean vacations. Highly recommend!

Our entire family came down for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary and had an amazing time at the Paradisus Palma Real. The location and amenities were wonderful but the people made it the best. Special shout out to Angelo, who was so friendly and took such great care of us on the beach every day! Basilio was also so helpful in getting our families whatever we needed.
