My husband and I visited Paradisus Palma Real and had a fabulous and relaxing vacation. All of the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. You can really tell that they just want everyone to fully enjoy their vacation. There were many good activities and restaurants were easy to book. Two people particularly made our stay extra special, Vanessa from the beach bar and Wander from the buffet/snack bar. Both Wander and Vanessa made sure that we wanted for nothing and had the best time. They were so helpful, friendly, and fun, they truly made us feel welcomed and like family. With service like they provided, I would definitely go back and recommend the resort to others.

Wonderful experience at this resort. We were in the Reserve section and the service and accommodations were top notch. Our Butler Jendry went above and beyond for us and took care of all our needs. The beach wait staff was also excellent and had our spot ready for us with our drinks everyday. Rafael and all the servers on the beach were great. The special restaurant for Reserve guests was nice and all the other restaurants were all great and food was better than expected for an all inclusive resort! There was fun activities during the day and nightly entertainment. There's enough to keep you busy or also private enough if you just want rest and relaxation.

Me, my husband and our son spent 7 days in the Reserve side of the resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Rafael with the beach crew was absolutely amazing!! He had us setup in the same spot on the beach everyday. He knew what we drank and had our drinks ready for us when we arrived. He was so friendly and always welcomed us with a smile and high five. The other beach crew were also helpful and willing to help if needed. We really liked having the private pools in the reserve and the private area of the beach with the cabana. Our concierge Alam was the best! He was always readily available. Our son’s room had a big water leak and he made sure to get him a new room quickly. He checked in with us multiple times a day and made sure we had reservations for dinner each night. The overall resort was nice, not overly crowded, it was relaxing and fun at the same time.

Great experience, my girlfriend and I opted to upgrade to the reserve. The adults only area of the resort. And it was so worth it! With it it included a concierge service. I had a wonderful experience thanks to the concierge. Cristian was incredibly kind and helpful, but what stood out the most was his warm gummy smile — it instantly reminded me of my grandfather, who I loved dearly. It made the interaction feel personal and comforting. Small gestures like that leave a lasting impression. We went in July and woke up at 5am for the sunrise which can be seen beautifully from the beach area. Not crowded at that time with tons of space to lounge and beds with towels. Thank you!

Great service, great people, great food, great entertainment and super cute property!!! These people will make you feel like home, and like you’re a queen/king! I absolutely loved everyone, specially Jonathan at the swim up pool, Christopher was my concierge and I couldn’t get a better one! He was super helpful throughout my whole stay! I also had the pleasure of meeting a bunch of great human beings including Wanda, Martin, Allan, Jorge, Norjandro, Fernando, Erickson Ramon! They were all great! Definitely will be coming back here 🤗❤️
