The Zafiro Palmanova all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Caprice Buffet Restaurant. Drinks included with lunch and dinner and served at table; varied wine list, Spanish beer, soft drinks and mineral waters. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in the outside area of the Caprice Buffet Restaurant dependent on the weather.
  • 2 themed dinners weekly (Majorcan, Latin, Mediterranean and Oriental) together with 5 special dinners per week (fruits and tarts, cheeses of the world, Spanish tapas, seafood special, Indian special) served in the Caprice Restaurant.
  • Daily show cooking at breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Caprice Restaurant.
  • A la carte selection of cold and hot dishes at La Palapa Pool Bar (Bistro Menu), dependent on the weather from 12:30pm to 4pm.
  • Selection of national and international drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), as well as cocktails, mixed drinks and various ice creams. (10:30am to 11:30pm)
  • Fruit, yoghurts and sandwiches. (10:30am to 11:30pm)
  • Children’s menu at Caprice Buffet Restaurant as well at Bistro Menu.

5 star all round. The staff were fantastic, the cleaners & cleanliness were excellent. The facilities, entertainment better than any hotel I've been too. Ideal location close to many shops & beaches. We will definitely return!

Stayed for a week in early May with family. The pools were a big disappointment—advertised as heated (some of them), but at 19–22°C outside, the water was freezing. The indoor pool was even worse: broken tiles, dim lights, and an overall grimy feel, a bit warmer water, but still not really pleasant. The spa could use a serious clean-up too, spider webs and even spiders around, and the pool water there was also cold. I’m sure the pools are fine in summer heat (35°C+), but definitely not off-season. The room had a kitchenette, fine if you eat out like we did, but you’ll still use plates, cups and glasses for snacks or drinks, so it would be nice if they at least provided a sponge and dish soap. On the positive side, the beach is just a short walk away, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was good. Staff were also nice. Overall, not worth the money!

We had a good stay. Pools were excellent and children loved them. Food was good. Lovely staff. The location is great- if you want a self catering holiday to explore Palma Nova this is the hotel for you.

My stay at this hotel left only positive impressions! I really enjoyed the gym – modern and convenient. The rooms were always clean and cozy, with housekeeping at the highest level. The food was tasty and diverse, so everyone can find something to their liking. The staff was responsive and always ready to help, you can really feel their care for the guests. I especially want to mention the atmosphere: cheerful music and a catchy song created a great mood. Every evening there was a Kahoot game – it was so much fun! And it was especially nice that prizes were given for first place.

Have just returned from a holiday here and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and well presented with very helpful and friendly staff. The mini club staff and activities are excellent for younger kids. All inclusive has a good choice of meals and buffet choices and the drinks on offer are branded.
