5 stars! We had an amazing time at this hotel, the hotel is incredible with the amount of pools, food selection, location, room quality and entertainment. We wanted to thank the amazing staff for making our stay even more amazing. Our son had the best time because of Julia, Andrea & Antonio; every evening they played with him from the start to the end and he absolutely adored them. They were amazing. This hotel is perfect for those with families and also couples who want a quiet holiday. Would 100% recommend to everyone. We will definitely be coming back!

We have just arrived back from a week at this hotel. It is a really lovely hotel, the rooms are gorgeous, massive comfy beds, well stocked and restocked mini bar, cleaned and beds made every day. We had a swim up room which was perfect. The food was probably one of the best we have had, well presented, lots of choice and being able to book one of the excellent restaurants as well as the all inclusive was an added bonus. Food at the snack bar was also good, made fresh and presentation great. Staff are totally amazing, friendly, hard working and very attentive. Thank you everyone

What a hidden gem!!! The food is amazing! So fresh, clean and great choice! Cocktails are some of the best I have ever tasted, I did go through the whole menu! All of the staff, from the lifeguards to reception, to the cleaners and food staff were extremely friendly, helpful, polite and very charming. We had a swim up pool.. it was heated and made such a difference, we were in there most of each day! The rooms are modern clean and surprisingly spacious. Would recommend to anyone this place.!

Best hotel ever deffo gonna go back at some point. The bar staff were amazing and so kind, so were reception staff, cleaners and waiters. I was given a cake on my birthday from the buffet stuff which was so thoughtful and kind. The hotel rooms were amazing with great views of the pool, so clean and tidy. We had an upgrade to the penthouse which had a rooftop balcony with a hot tub, double sunbeds and bean bags which was gorgeous. The swim up pools where so clean and warm and lot of places for little kids to play. It was a really friendly environment with so much to do close to the beach and markets. Couldn’t recommend it more 🩷

We had an amazing stay at Zafiro Palace Palmanova — everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, modern, and spacious, with great attention to detail and comfort. The pool areas and grounds were beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax. What really stood out for us, though, was the exceptional staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and always happy to help, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The staff were truly outstanding — always welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. A special thank you to Bartosz, whose positive energy and genuine care made a real difference to our stay. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and looked after. We also want to thank Elena at reception, who was not only kind and patient, but also extremely helpful with every little detail. Their exceptional service made our holiday even more memorable.
