What can I say but this was such a relaxing holiday. The setting was so peaceful for a couple even though there were families and children on site. There is an adult pool and area called the oasis pool, which has sun beds. There was plenty of beds available, we were getting a bed around 11 with no problem (so no getting up at silly hours) The site was absolutely spotlessly clean and the staff worked tirelessly all day and night. Onsite are numerous restaurants which serve amazing food for all, my wife is vegetarian. Food is served daily at the pool bar area for takeaway and there is also a restaurant at another pool. Drinks are served all day are excellent from cocktails to local beer and spirit mixers. The gym is well stocked for a hotel which I used daily and managed normal workouts with a bit of thought. If your are lucky to be club it is a cut above allowing for drinks and food to be ordered to your subbed for the ones who do not want to move, a member of staff is present all day. The staff are so helpful and many thanks to Hanna as she made our night at the restaurant special. We will be definitely be looking forward to our next visit.

Unassuming gem in Palmanova. When you arrive you will think it is a small hotel but once you enter the main lobby and walk down the stairs you will see the 3 main pools, loungers and the roof top… all so well maintained. I had lunch my first day at the pool restaurant (table service not take away) and it was fresh and a very reasonable price. Speaking of food the breakfast buffet is very nice with fresh made eggs, breads, pastries and fresh fruit (all I ate). The rooms are spacious (I only had the “standard” Junior suite) with a large terrace, king bed and soaking tub. You can walk to the beach in under 5 minutes out the back gate. I was so impressed with this property.

Just returned from our stay here and had a great week away. Would certainly recommend. Pros - Rooms have a great layout, super air con and blackout blinds. - Plenty of room in the pools and generally clean. - Bar staff of an evening are very attentive for an all inclusive. - Kids quizzes are a great way to start the night and the adult quizzes were fun too. - Entertainment otherwise was fairly good. Legends of dance were probably our favourite. - Food was very good esp. for the booked meals. - Great to have food truck by the kids pool. Cons - The path around the pools had worn away in areas and became a bit gritty for pool areas. - Booking meals on app didn’t work and concierge only able to book 2 of the 4 due and this was just as we arrived. Needed the grill to be open more. - Pools technically opening at 10 felt a bit late.

We stayed here in June 2025 and we are a family of four with at the time of stay twin boys of nearly two years old. We were a bit concerned upfront about the food options since we have quite some intolerances which can make it difficult in resorts. But the team did an amazing job to make the holiday wonderful. Food was separately prepared and the team was always doing their best to make it varied. The wine options which were included in the AI package were very decent and there was much more choice if you wanted to pay extra. We need to highlight the service of all the personnel. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. However a few names we remembered made our stay even more amazing. Anel and Xisca always went the extra mile to make our holiday one to remember. And definitely is Zafiro Palace Palmanova an option for a stay in the future. There were of course more great people but we don’t remember all the names. If you want to visit Mallorca with a family and you want to combine luxury and family friendliness, don’t hesitate and book this resort!

This was our second time visiting, and once again it was excellent for us. The facilities and atmosphere make it a great choice for families. That said, the evening entertainment for children under three is virtually non-existent, which is a shame. There’s a perfectly good stage that could easily be used for something simple like a mini disco around 7pm — it would make a big difference for families with younger children. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was fantastic. The garden has a lockable door leading directly to the pool, so you can close it off and let your children play safely inside without worry. The staff are, as always, fantastic — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Booking restaurants is done through the app. It works, but as with most systems like this, it can feel like more hassle than it’s worth. A simple paper-and-pen booking option at reception would be a much easier alternative. The location is also a big plus: it’s very close to the airport. If you grab a taxi instead of waiting for a transfer, you can get there quickly and avoid the crowds. Overall, we highly recommend it and would definitely return.
