Beautiful hotel. Have visited it 3 times now, and it has never let us down. Lots of pools. Never an issue getting a sunbed, with no mad rush to get a towel down in the morning! Always good beds available throughout the day. Staff are amazing. Great for families. Super clean. The rooms are beginning to show their age, though, but from previous experiences, the hotel will likely have these refreshed for the new season. I would recommend this hotel to all young families.

We enjoyed some aspects of our stay, such as the friendly staff and the tasty food. The al la carte restaurant was especially good and we would recommend it to other guests. However, we also faced some issues that affected our overall experience. The main one was the pool temperature, which was too low for our son to swim comfortably. We suggest that the hotel should adjust the pool heater to suit the weather and the guests’ preferences. We also noticed that the hotel needs some renovation and maintenance. The bridges, the golf course, the tiles, and the pool bar all looked worn out and rusty. The rooms were functional but not very cozy or inviting. We felt that the hotel did not live up to its potential and could do better with some investment and upgrading.

Fabulous resort complex where the staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. Many different pool and social areas. Food is amazing everything to choose from and varies every day. Will be booking a return next year.

We stayed as a family of 3 adults and 1 child (aged 2). The room was comfortable and accommodated us all comfortably. We could not fault the service of the staff, all friendly and willing to help. The rooms were cleaned daily and the whole hotel was clean and attended to. Highlight for us was the amazing pools. Yes like others have said they are on the cooler side, however they were warmer as the week went on. We had so much fun in the pools and in the little park area. I am looking to go back next year just me and my daughter as we felt safe and comfortable. The beach is about 10 mins walk and there are plenty of shops and restaurant within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to returning again in the future.

The staff are very welcoming. Very pleasant. When our safe didn't work, they sent a guy up to fix it instantly. Food is plentiful and lovely. Mind, there was one time when a chicken kebab was undercooked, but they resolved this quickly. Rooms are cool and clean (we arrived during a heatwave and only noticed when going outside). The resort has lovely grounds and is a few minutes walk from the beach. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants, Spars and other supermarkets. Lifts are small and slow but we rarely used them as we were only two flights from our rooms. Mind, the adult only area for relaxing is populated with children so that put a small dampener on things. Overall, I'd recommend the resort for its lovely grounds, good food, friendly staff and nice entertainment (though this comes on a touch late for youngsters). I'd rate it a 4/5.
