Stayed here from 13 - 20 August 25 on the all inclusive package through Jet2 holidays. The whole experience was fantastic, the staff are friendly and efficient, a special mention to Cesar the waiter who was always friendly, polite and funny and would always go out of his way to help you. The pool is huge with a nice swim up bar, it's also the first all inclusive I've been to where they serve beer by the pint! Plenty of sun beds and no need to get up at dirt o'clock to reserve them (I hate that!). Rooms were clean and a good size, we just had a standard room, no pool / plunge pool, walk in showers and his and her sinks came as standard. The food was by far the best I've ever had at an all inclusive. We normally still go out to eat as we get sick of the buffet but the theme nights always had nice food on so we ate in more often. The only slight critique I had was it would have been nice to have some music by the pool in the day, appreciate it's adults only so that's probably why they don't but I like a bit more atmosphere, just my opinion though. Great hotel, great location in reach of the beach and bars, shops etc. I would definitely recommend and 100% go back.

Arrived early hours of this morning. Guy at reception was very nice and helpful. No armbands needed, everything is done by room card. The rooms are large and the refurbishment was done very nicely. Breakfast was underwhelming. Had to wait for milk and I didn't bother waiting for bacon. The pool area is lovely and quiet. No problem getting a sunbed at 9:15. Cesar at the snack bar is excellent. I had a massage at the spa with Katherine. Perfect pressure and lasted longer than I thought. Very relaxing.This too is charged to the room. The drinks menu is fabulous and I will enjoy working my way through it. Lunch menu at the snack bar is excellent too. Looking forward to another 9 days of this.

Actually a nice, cute hotel without all the tourist hustle and bustle. The hotel entertainment is a bit annoying with loud music and persistent requests to participate. The food is varied, but bland in taste and not seasoned. The rooms are perfectly adequate for sleeping, but they are worn out with broken sinks, and the maids do a poor job. At the beginning of our stay, the hotel was quite empty, so the service was good, but that changed quickly when more guests arrived. The wait staff was overwhelmed, incorrect orders were taken, and for a long time no one came to take orders or clear used plates in the restaurant. Sun loungers are loudly moved around the pool at 7 a.m., broken wooden planks around the pool are not repaired, and worn-out sun loungers are not replaced. The complex is also located right next to two busy roads. On the last day, shortly before our departure, we wanted to wait for our bus in the multipurpose room next to the lobby, as this was the only place with power outlets for charging outside the hotel room. Unfortunately, we were quickly asked to leave. It was apparently a conference room for staff (not at all obvious, no signs, freely accessible, and surprisingly, no conferences took place during the 13 days we spent there). We were also not allowed to leave our phones in this room to charge. Very unfortunate and really unnecessary. All in all absolutely unnecessary and sad to say that we definitely won't book again.

Rating this FIVE STARS across the board. What a FANTASTIC time I had. Was my birthday while I was there, and room service sneaked a bottle of prosecco and a happy birthday note into my fridge. The food was superb, the Hotel is immaculate and the staff are so friendly. If you are a smoker and need cigarettes, head out the main entrance and turn left there's a tobacco shop less than 5 minutes from the hotel . Also, there are plenty designated smoking areas around the complex. The only place there's a strict no smoking rule is in the rooms and I. The main pool area. I actually agree with this, as it has beautiful decking and I wouldn't want burns all over it, if it was my hotel . Will definitely be back . Thanks to everyone for a PERFECT week away.

Rooms were nice, although we couldn’t see any entertainment as we were in the side on the restaurant roof. Food was decent most days. Although we did have issues with having to wait for our lunch. On the first day we ordered out starters and then got told after waiting to talk to someone we have to order all courses at the same time. The next day we ordered all 3 courses and had our ice cream dessert brought out with the starters, on our small table. Pool was nice. Pool staff were perfect. The lady in the pool bar was always helpful. Our main issue was just lack of communication. Nice place, close to the beach just could do with someone explaining how the hotel works.
