The location suited us next to the open space and lake of The Greens. The staff were very friendly and professional without any of the stuffiness of some 5 star hotels. The room was excellent with a good bathroom and the air conditioning was just right and easy to control. We used the pool which was spotlessly clean. We also used the outdoor restaurant LahLah which was very cool with great food and good contemporary music with a DJ at weekends. Good choice at breakfast and you can order eggs any way you like from the staff.

We had a great time at Zabeel House. The service was very good, breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh food. The room was comfortable and had everything needed. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the window was great. The location is perfect and the surroundings are very green. I wouldn’t say that it is the best hotel for families but they are very accommodating and friendly. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Celestin and Nikhil Gupta. I highly recommend this hotel particularly for the location, the Lah Lah restaurant , the team and the lovely breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for the New Year holiday, and we had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast in particular was excellent — rich, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Their warm smiles every morning truly made our days brighter. We would especially like to thank NikhiI Gupta and his housekeeping team, as well as Janith Sir, for their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude throughout our stay. They were always supportive and made us feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would be happy to return again.

I have stayed in this hotel over the last 3 years 3 - 4 times every year. I love the fact that every time I stay most of the staff are the same - I’m hoping that’s because it’s a great culture to work in! They’re always happy, helpful, smiley and efficient. The pool guys Shamim and Sohel are great! Mehta in Social Company and all the others who I haven’t named but appreciate always! The rooms are nicely cleaned and the beds are super comfy. The location is great for us for meetings and easy then to get to other places despite the traffic 🤣 please keep doing what you’re doing as it works! I’m looking forward already to my next stay! I stayed at the hotel for two weeks while working remotely during that time. Although my days were busy, one of the most beautiful parts of my stay was the warmth and kindness I experienced from the team — especially Mesthma. From the very first day, Mesthma felt like a gentle breeze of positivity — full of warmth, light, and genuine kindness. Seeing her every morning became something I truly looked forward to. Her radiant smile and uplifting spirit brought such comfort and ease to the day. She remembered exactly what we liked, anticipated our preferences with natural care, and made us feel sincerely welcomed. Nothing ever felt routine — everything felt heartfelt. I would also like to sincerely thank Gorret, who kindly assisted with laundry. Her help was always efficient, thoughtful, and delivered with such a pleasant attitude. It made a real difference during a longer stay. At the reception, Aziza, Colestin, and Linab were equally wonderful — always welcoming, professional, and ready to assist with patience and grace. Every interaction with them reflected genuine hospitality and attentiveness. Together, this team created an atmosphere that felt warm, supportive, and truly comforting. It is rare to find such consistent kindness and positive energy throughout an entire stay. Thank you all for making those two weeks brighter, lighter, and filled with beautiful hospitality. The hotel is truly fortunate to have such a remarkable team.
