I stayed at this hotel with my family for the New Year holiday, and we had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast in particular was excellent — rich, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Their warm smiles every morning truly made our days brighter. We would especially like to thank NikhiI Gupta and his housekeeping team, as well as Janith Sir, for their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude throughout our stay. They were always supportive and made us feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would be happy to return again.

This is a wonderful city hotel close to all the interesting places in Dubai. But the most important thing is something else: it's very welcoming and friendly, and all requests are fulfilled almost immediately. Believe me, there are many comparisons, including famous resort hotels. I love this hotel for its excellent treatment of guests, the delicious cuisine in both restaurants, and the fact that any questions I may have are resolved promptly. I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times and will stay again and again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

This is a great hotel, really comfortable but not ostensious. Great Gym (booked personal trainer!) massage (great teams and great areas such as pool and paddle!! etc. this is my third stay (I have stayed every yr for past 3 yrs) and this time took an apartment for 3-4weeks. Great place, staff were excellent paritcular the room team. Aminul, Bigyam, and Prasant. Thank you for excellent service with a smile and great politeness and care. You are highy recommended.

Despite last-minute weather challenges that required our outdoor event to be moved indoors, the team handled the transition seamlessly and professionally. i stayed in this hotel during a business trip to Dubai. To be honnest this was my very first time that i stayed in this hotel. When i arrived i was positively surprised by the welcoming experience, the positive attitude of the personnel, and the ammenities. I used only the breakfast but overall it was very nice. the bed was a bit short for me because i am 1.92m tall, but in general i was very pleased. If i was to travel with the family, i would stay there again
