I have stayed here many times over the past 2 years and I'm always happy to be back. I love the rooms and staff, but also the sustainability awareness. The breakfast buffet is great too.

one of the best hotels I have stayed at, the feel at home feeling is amazing, the staff help you feel so comfortable and safe which was important as we were two girls travelling alone. The room was spacious, and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Pool was never busy, yet always attended and the onsite restaurant has a great atmosphere and view.

Went first time to the gym here and love it. Very nice equipment. And spacious outdoor area. Nice spa very relaxing massage. Went after to the pool what is not to big but nice and quiet. Definitely will be back

I went here for a meeting, I was here for 30 mins, joining a colleague who ate. They refused to validate my parking. They said both him and I have to spend 50 aed each, only then they will stamp my valet. I wasn’t hungry or thirsty, I didn’t want to be forced to eat something just because a hotel wanted me to - I was there for a business meeting. I spoke to restaurant manager and reception staff. Be careful and try to avoid - there are 1000 hotels in dubai, why should go somewhere where the staff isn’t trained to help the consumer?

Was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. Rooms have everything for 1 person only, including water, a glass, slippers, etc. During breakfast, a waitress told us that we didn't pay and made us feel unwelcome. Actually, it was included. The bread knife was completely useless as well as toaster. Overall service during breakfast just spioled my mood for the day. I am grateful to the manager who called after a while to apologize for such service. I hope next time our stay will be up to standard.
