Not up to expectations, really far from anything, rooms are rather small, nothing outstanding, staff quite rude and not all services available. Also the gym is just a couple of dumbbells and a treadmill… i do not call that a gym, and sauna not in function.

I’ll start by saying I have never written a review for anything bad or good. But my experience started very positive but finished with a nasty taste in my mouth. I’ll just get to the point and say that customer service starting from the top was horrendous. BE AWARE!! After checking out, I decided to leave my bags with the front desk so i can enjoy a lunch before boarding my ferry back to Athens. When I returned to pick up my bags I immediately learned that my bags(with my passport) were nowhere to be found. The young lady at the front desk insisted that i took my bags. Blaming me for the disappearance of my bags rather than helping me retrieve my possessions. Finally, I get a manager who shows me a video of his bell-person mistakenly loading it on a shuttle for a large group heading to Santorini. Manager never took any accountability, admit fault or apologized. Instead he was useless and absolutely rude. I had to suggest to the manager certain steps to successfully intercept my bags before it was too late. Mind you I was mainly concerned about my passport. After taking my advice, because this manager was not solution oriented, my bags were found and returned to me later that night. Once again, no apology was given and not even a ride to the ferry was offered. DONT STAY HERE! Location is ok but customer service was traumatizing.

AMAZING EVERYTHING!! Do not waste your time at any other hotel! This place has absolutely everything: walkable to the beach, incredible views and above all…. impeccable service!!! The thoughtfulness of their employees , the peace and tranquillity of the property all makes this truly a slice of heaven to value immensely💗 thank you to staff Christina Yapi & Francisca for providing such an enjoyable experience ✨

The hotel is a little ways from Mykonos Town, which can offer some quiet at night but make it more challenging during the day to get to the town. They had a nice pool, and very good and helpful service (for example, providing food near the pool or explaining areas of interest on a map). The room itself was fairly modest but sufficient for our needs.

The bathroom was completely moldy, so the room smelled like mildew and after showering, water ran down the wall on the bathroom exterior wall. Even after we reported this water damage to the hotel staff at the reception, the hotel did not offer us a replacement room or apologize for this condition. This room was unhealthy. Unfortunately, this hotel is not recommended.
