The place is really nice. A lot of swimming pools and a very nice garden. We enjoyed also the animation every night in the private theater. The food was really great with a huge variety of choices and it was amazing how they keep changing the offer per meal and per day. Rooms were cleaned continuosly and with care by Amr that was taking care of our area. We found from time to time a different towels design on our bed with animals or other nice fantasy designs. The place must be not so new and you can see it but, they are taking care of it. The only issue is the position. It's a bit far from every crowded place even if the free transportations provided by hotel, cover up, actually well. Speaking of that, you need to plan in advance where to go, like the day before, because, you need to subscribe at the reception your trip for the next day, sand beach, coral beach, Old Town or Naama Bay. The general feeling anyway is pretty much good.

The hotel and service are really good. There is a good range of food and drinks. There is a free minibus to their own beach around 10 - 15 minutes away. The cleanliness at the beach does not come anywhere near that of the hotel. The toilet walls need a good clean as do the tables and sunbeds which are covered in bird droppings. A shame as the hotel standards are high.

Stayed here for almost a week and had a nice experience overall. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi, which never really worked — the connection was very poor. The Wi-Fi at the beach was actually much better than in the main resort. The food was average, with limited choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — it could definitely be improved with a wider selection. Also, the ATM in the resort was constantly empty or out of order, which was quite inconvenient.

This was our 8th visit with our daughter for the first time. It's like coming home as the staff are so friendly and helpful. I was taking my first wheelchair holiday and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely Indian meal in Nathan's served by Ibrahim. Such a lovely guy. Ehab and Safwat at the bar, Amir from entertainment and Showda (not spelt right) the cases guy and finally Mejed, Hassan and team in the restaurant to name just a few. You have amazing staff and a clean beautiful hotel which is why we keep coming back. I almost forgot the shuttle bus driver and beach team who also add to a wonderful holiday. See you soon. The hotel is small and a little crowded because of the hotel's design. Room was super clean and tidy with garden view. Food was average, breakfast was ok, dinner was not special. Late dinner was just chicken panne with fries. The location is far from the city center but there are many free shuttles from the hotel to the beach and city center.
