Absolutely fantastic hotel! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home. The food is incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of variety The entertainment and activities are amazing, full of energy and perfectly organized, making every moment unforgettable. The hotel atmosphere is vibrant and relaxing at the same time — a true paradise! My only small suggestion would be to make the swimming pool a little bigger, but honestly, everything else is just PERFECT

I recently stayed at Xperience St. George Homestay in Egypt and had a very enjoyable time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always making sure guests felt welcome and comfortable. The room was nice, clean, and well-kept, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The hotel has two beautiful pools – one lively with a swim-up bar, perfect for enjoying a drink in the sun, and another silent pool for those who prefer peace and quiet. This was a great balance, as you could choose between fun and relaxation. The food was okay, with enough variety to find something to enjoy each day. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Egypt.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks, all-inclusive, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff were absolutely brilliant — always smiling, super helpful, and really went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. They were the highlight of our stay. The food was generally good, but unfortunately, I ended up with a bad stomach (sickness and diarrhea), which meant we had to cancel some of our plans. Not ideal when you’re on holiday. It was nice to have bottled water in the room every day, though. Our room was spacious and kept clean, with fresh towels daily, which we appreciated. But the beds and mattresses really need updating — they’re old, worn out, and not very comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked well, but a huge downside was the constant smell of cigarette smoke coming through the vents. As non-smokers, this was awful. By the end of the holiday, all of our clothes smelled of smoke, which was really frustrating and completely unacceptable. What really let the place down for us was the constant noise. If it wasn’t drunk guests shouting and banging around in the corridors at night, it was the housekeepers rattling their cleaning carts up and down the halls all day. There was no chance of an afternoon nap, and getting a peaceful night's sleep was a struggle. In short, we had some good moments thanks to the amazing staff, but the noise, smoke smells, and uncomfortable beds really affected our overall experience. It’s a shame, because with a few improvements, this could be a much better hotel.

This is my 3rd year to come to this hotel and it’s AMAZING. The staff are really friendly and all the staff smile not like another hotel that i went to even though it was 5 stars and the staff were rude and not friendly at all. The food taste nice. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel also provides buses to the beach, neama bay and old market. Also the animation team is amazing every year. You will feel good vibes and relax here.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the reception staff were especially helpful throughout our stay. They were always cheerful and ready to assist with any questions, including travel advice, money exchange, and general enquiries. A special mention to the taxi reception team who were consistently welcoming and informative. -The hotel also offers free shuttle bus rides to Old Town/ Nama bey alongside coral & sandy beach which various times which I think is such a bonus One of the standout features was the access to a 24/7 doctor, which offered real peace of mind. We had an issue with mosquito bites, and the reception team were quick to help – they gave us two room sprays and even contacted the doctor on our behalf. That level of care was truly appreciated. Entertainment was varied and enjoyable, with different activities daily such as music, table tennis, and darts. However, since our room was near the entertainment area, the noise was quite loud when we were trying to relax indoors. Thankfully, the quiet pool area provided a nice escape. Unfortunately, the biggest letdown was the food. For an all-inclusive hotel, the options were very limited. The meat dishes were often dry and lacking in flavour, and there was a noticeable absence of variety, especially with fruit – only certain days offered watermelon or melon. Like other guests, I experienced some stomach upset from the food, which meant I didn’t really get my money’s worth in that area.
