We had lovely time, the pool area’s are lovely and not too busy. The staff here are what really makes the place, they really do make the effort to ensure you’re happy and have what you need. The food was ok, was never hungry but not a massive choice. Drinks were all tasty, strong cocktails and plentiful and always served with a smile. Would absolutely come again send recommend to others. Would recommend diving with the Tui company, they were British and worked out cheaper than all the local firms we looked at. Fantastic experience over 7 dives.

Stayed at this hotel for a week and honestly, it was great value for the money. Days were chill without being boring, and evenings always had something fun going on. The entertainment team set the vibe- welcoming, positive, and never pushy. Got recommended a bunch of fun activities on and off the hotel, but ended up just chilling since my company got her plans changed and couldn't make it. Big shoutout to Nada for the energy and great tips. Food was okay for the price, drinks decent for an all-inclusive, and the bartenders were friendly. I’ll definitely be back soon and next time, no boring old guy mode!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was very cozy, welcoming, and truly family-friendly. We felt comfortable from the first moment and really enjoyed our time there. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The animation team did a fantastic job and created such a fun and positive atmosphere for both children and adults. Everyone working at the hotel made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The food was varied, tasty, and there was always something for everyone to enjoy. Everything was well organized and of great quality. Overall, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back again and warmly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a relaxing and joyful experience!

The team Is gorgeous 😍 thanks for the people works so hard a day to provide a service with a smile. Unfortunately some rooms can be renovated. The animation team is human, lovely, careful and they purpose is to enjoy every night. BiG thank you Abdhala who works at the Spa. Her professionalisme is amazing 👏. The hotel is very very clean! Extended family of 8- first time in Egypt. Overall it was a lovely holiday, and we would be happy to come back to this hotel! Reception staff very helpful, we had a late flight in and when we arrived in the rooms there was food for us since we had missed dinner. Rooms were lovely. We had a pool view room, and the balcony was hit with the sun in the evening- was beautiful. The rooms are a little dated, but overall clean and comfortable. Food overall was nice, can get a bit same-old but was nice tasting and each night had a different theme for dinner. All staff, especially at dinner service and by the main quiet pool were incredible! (Especially Shady!) Remembering drinks orders and being friendly and having a joke with us. The day entertainment was good, with a mixture of pool/beach activities. The evening entertainment was ok- the DJ was shocking, playing music overly loud, blown speakers and ‘interesting’ mixing of songs. But that is the only negative!
