The stay at the hotel was amazing! We were particularly impressed by the wonderful animations - something new, creative and full of positive energy every day. The animators were engaged, smiling and were able to entertain both children and adults to play. The very good staff also deserves great recognition - polite, helpful and always ready to respond to the needs of guests. This made us feel really taken care of. I definitely recommend this hotel and we will gladly come back here!

My holiday was completely unforgettable, everyone at this hotel went above and beyond for myself and my mum who has mobility problems. They insured we had seats in the restaurants that were easy and comfortable for her and even had helpers help carry her plate. It was wonderful how welcomed we felt and how accommodating the staff is, from the bar staff having cocktails for us on the go and the animation team being friendly and encouraging our fun side to come out. Eleanor was particularly exceptional, bonding with us and chatting about our homeland. I found her so funny and bubbly. The food was delicious and activities were never dull. We booked extensions and had a week filled of fun. Thank you to the team for getting us to join in and never feel embarrassed at our poor attempt of Zumba and darts.

had an amazing time at this hotel during my stay in Egypt. The staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with beautiful views. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from every day. We bought all inclusive accommodation, Some friends came to the hotel, we could not enter our room and made similar comments, let me clarify that issue. Flights from Turkey usually arrive in Egypt at night. Hotel check-in time is 14:00 (or 12:00 I don't remember exactly). As in every hotel, customers who want to check in early can pay the fee and check in early. We didn't do it, but our friends did. Since we did not check in, we did not have breakfast in the morning, but there were many things to snack at the lobby bar and we managed until we checked in. First of all, I would like to thank each employee individually. The location of the hotel can be considered central, the location is not much of a problem anyway. There is a shuttle service to the touristic areas every day of the week, so you can easily go everywhere. The hotel is built on a hillside, there are pools and rooms from the seaside upwards. There is a restaurant and lobby at the top of the slope. There is a regular shuttle from the lobby to the seaside. If there is no shuttle at that moment, you can call and call from the phone by the sea. Our room was very clean and nice, the housekeeper was doing her job well. In general, other guests were also happy about this. The sea was very nice and clean, you need to enter the sea from the pier like other hotels with coral beach. The fish variety was very good. The variety of food was sufficient, they generally focus on world cuisines. For example, Italian cuisine on Monday, Turkish cuisine on Tuesday, French cuisine on Wednesday. Seafood, chicken, fish were all available for lunch and dinner. The snack bar on the beach serves grilled chicken, potatoes and meatballs. You will not go hungry. Drinks are locally produced, okay. If you want foreign brand drinks, it is subject to a fee. The friends at the bar are good people but they are not very good at preparing and serving drinks. There are some people I would like to thank in private. Mr. Hany, the manager, you can see him at any time, especially during meal times, he is constantly supervising, helping if needed. Chef Nasser gives you positive energy every morning with his smiling face. the kitchen and service are under his control and therefore everything is perfect. He gave us suggestions on Egyptian delicacies and they were all delicious. Magdy, the receptionist, is not just the receptionist, he is helpful and guiding in everything. He's like a Swiss Army knife, and a really good friend. He didn't just see us as guests, he treated us like friends. If he is not present, he encourages other friends to support us. Finally Memi, Yousef, Beshoy (great guy), Abanoub and others were always helpful and always smiling. In short, we have many reasons to prefer this hotel again. But remember that the better you are, the better you will be treated. You smile one time and they smiles everytime.
