We've been twice this year, used the hotel as a base for a scuba trip. We last visited about 15 years ago, when it was a 3 corners resort. Location is a bit far out of Naama, about a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute egp150 taxi ride. Highlights: the staff are excellent, from the cleaners to the restaurant staff, the bar staff and the customer relations staff. The management too, with the catering managers always present and the hotel manager popping up everywhere. The food was varied, with a different theme every night, always managed to find something we liked. I would say that some people think that all-inc means you pile your plate/table with as much food as you can carry and leave most of it. Mostly the same people who ignore the tongs and grab the food with their fingers. 3 a-la-cartes (Italian, Indian & seafood), one visit to each per stay. Didn't use the aqua park, but it seemed popular. We were on the Premier side, which is quieter - most of the daytime activities were on the Parkland side. Evening entertainment was music or dance shows, enthusiastic animation team. Good value, we'll stay again.

Me and My family had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were so clean and the atmosphere overall was great. The animation team was amazing. Especially Emily and lily, they always got us involved. Lily took us to hard rock and we had a great time. The atmosphere was incredible. The best day of our holiday.

This resort truly lived up to its 5‑star rating. The property is modern, with plenty of pools, diverse dining options, and service that sets the standard. What stood out most was the exceptional staff. Special thanks to Asraf, who kept drinks flowing by the pool all day and never let my glass stay empty. The two bartenders near the lobby were equally attentive, and the catering team ensured the buffets and dining areas ran smoothly and efficiently. The spa was another highlight, offering a wide range of massages inspired by traditions from around the world, along with access to a steam room and sauna. Food options were outstanding, with something for everyone — from vegetarian and vegan dishes to kid‑friendly meals. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the room felt slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh and a touch of paint. That said, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. Verdict: Zero complaints beyond the room décor. Highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a luxurious, well‑serviced getaway.

Me and my family had a great time at this hotel. The staff were incredible and the animation was amazing. The food was great and the rooms were so clean. We went to Hard Rock Cafe with lily and we had the most incredible time. I 100% recommend doing the hard rock with the family and friends as it was the best night of our holiday. Lily was amazing our whole holiday and included us in everything. 10/10 stay and would come again.

Horrible Stay – Absolutely Disgusting Experience Review: This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The service was beyond terrible, the place was filthy, and everything felt neglected and unprofessional. The staff constantly waited for tips, especially a man named Alber, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Another staff member, Carlos, who was supposed to fix the air conditioner, behaved in a disgusting and intimidating way. His looks were inappropriate and made us feel very unsafe — we were two women alone, and he tried to scare us just because we called him again after the A/C broke for the second time. The air conditioning never worked, the room smelled like urine, and the food was absolutely awful. We both got stomach pain and an intestinal infection after eating at the hotel. To make it worse, even when my sister was sick, and we had already paid for all our meals, it took them over an hour and a half just to bring a few pieces of bread and some cheese. That is completely unacceptable. The response time from staff was painfully slow, the hygiene standards were nonexistent, and the entire place felt unsafe and unhygienic. I will never stay here again, and I strongly warn anyone — do not book this hotel under any circumstances, even if it’s free. It’s a disgusting place and a total disgrace.
