Rooms are perfect the cleanliness is brilliant and the housekeeping are fantastic. Staff around the pool are amazing. Entertainment is class. Lots to do in the day. Food is average not enough variety very repetitive. Pool cleanliness is poor. Excellent holiday first time in Egypt so very good.

BADD EXPERIENCE I don't even know where to start. After 20 years of traveling, this hotel was the absolute worst experience for my family (two adults and two children, 15 and 12). The front desk staff were incredibly arrogant, and the higher the level, the worse it got. If you're not a local, they always say, "I'm sorry, but we can't help you." After two days, our entire family had food poisoning. The food was awful, with repeated, very small portions served by the staff. Never in my life, even in a three-star hotel, was it so dirty. The pool water was constantly unfiltered, and sunscreen was floating on the surface. The alcohol was awful, the cheapest, and the portions were very limited. Even after midnight they charge you for drink $5, soft drinks $1, and 100% juice at breakfast was $2. There were no snacks during the day, just leftovers from breakfast. The entire facility was very dilapidated and required a complete renovation. I could go on and on, this hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars, people, don't waste your hard-earned money.

Poor hotel, food and entertainment. The only bright point were some of the staff who were helpful and polite (Hesham room service especially) I get the one holiday away a year with my kids I wish I’d stayed at home will not be returning. This is not a 5 star hotel, lack of dining tables, lack of loungers, no disability access to the pools, nothing for the kids to do, poor entertainment, a pool party at 1000 at night is not entertainment.

Nice hotel, great staff. Really nice service. Cleaners in room could be better but that might just be our cleaner as no one else seems to have an issue. Lovely pool, great entertainment. Especially the entertainment team who have been brilliant with our kids. Really nice hotel

Really nice hotel with some amazing staff and a great team. The hotel is spacious and provide service for all sorts of people. Our whole family have had a good holiday. The drinks are good however the cups are kind of small we have enjoyed the food and always found someone to eat however we do miss having pizza. The entertainment is good and has different entertainment all day long and that night time we really enjoyed the karaoke. Overall, the hotel is really good.
