My partner and I spent our vacation at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The room was spacious, well-kept, and cleaned regularly — everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was there. The pool area quickly became one of our favorite spots. It was clean, with plenty of loungers, and had a lively yet laid-back vibe. Throughout the day, the animation team kept the energy up with fun activities and games — they’re full of enthusiasm and make it easy to join in. In the evening, we were treated to fantastic shows — different themes every night, with great performances and a vibrant atmosphere. After the shows, the fun didn’t stop — the DJ kept the party going with great music and a mix that suited all tastes. The bartenders also deserve a special mention — friendly, fast, and skilled at what they do. Every drink was served with a smile and tasted great. From check-in to check-out, the reception staff were professional and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful couples' getaway. The hotel strikes a great balance between relaxation and entertainment. We had a memorable time and would gladly return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with a smile and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Hotel was so nice. We had such an amazing experience in it. Everything was nice food music stuff was lovely entertainment team was amazing. Amazing show and party and Brooklyn for kids was so good. Our kids have so much fun. We would come again.

The receptionist was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. They kept brushing me off and delayed my check-in by 2 hours. Even though I specifically requested a king-size room, they suggested a different one, claiming it was an upgrade, just to stall me. The hotel is very far from the beaches, and although the breakfast offers a wide variety, the products are of low quality and lack flavor. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Had a great stay here for a week. The room was a little tired but they are refurbishing at the moment and with that been the only negative I feel this hotel could be a gem come next summer. Food was nice and if you like trying new food plenty of choice. It is slightly salty but other than that very tasty. My wife can't have dairy, she mentioned it once and they went out and bought her almond milk. Fantastic service if you ask me. Pool was cold but it was February. The heated pool was fine and we enjoyed that one, the slides were also great fun and broke the days up. Service around the pool and in the bar was unbelievable. They really take the time to talk to you first couple of days. After that you have to tell them to stop bringing drinks or they turn up every 15 minutes. All in a great stay and would recommend.
