We've been twice this year, used the hotel as a base for a scuba trip. We last visited about 15 years ago, when it was a 3 corners resort. Location is a bit far out of Naama, about a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute egp150 taxi ride. Highlights: the staff are excellent, from the cleaners to the restaurant staff, the bar staff and the customer relations staff. The management too, with the catering managers always present and the hotel manager popping up everywhere. The food was varied, with a different theme every night, always managed to find something we liked. I would say that some people think that all-inc means you pile your plate/table with as much food as you can carry and leave most of it. Mostly the same people who ignore the tongs and grab the food with their fingers. 3 a-la-cartes (Italian, Indian & seafood), one visit to each per stay. Didn't use the aqua park, but it seemed popular. We were on the Premier side, which is quieter - most of the daytime activities were on the Parkland side. Evening entertainment was music or dance shows, enthusiastic animation team. Good value, we'll stay again.

Me and My family had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were so clean and the atmosphere overall was great. The animation team was amazing. Especially Emily and lily, they always got us involved. Lily took us to hard rock and we had a great time. The atmosphere was incredible. The best day of our holiday.

Visited the hotel in December 2025 for 5 nights. The rooms were beautiful, well stocked with toiletries and water and kept very clean. Beautiful pools, plenty of bars (although not made very clear which drinks are included and which are to pay for) Absolutely no faults with the entertainment staff, they were always happy, welcoming and chatty even after their extremely long working hours! We kindly asked for our room not to be cleaned (and left the do not disturb sign on the door) as we were spending a few hours in the room to sleep, and we had house keeping knocking on the door every 10 minutes asking why they couldn’t clean our room, trying to let themselves in when we don’t answer the door (again, do not disturb on door so quite worrying if we hadn’t have been in and had valuables around). Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival however during our stay we couldn’t say the same, any queries we were passed from pillar to post- nobody would answer our questions and would often walk away from us and speak in their own language to each other instead of addressing us. At the end of our stay, we were blocked out of our room an hour before check out time (which still had all of our luggage inside!) and had to make 3 trips to reception to try and find help. We explained we had a late flight and kindly asked that we keep our towel passes until we leave later that day- this was okay. However they insisted on removing our all inclusive band and wanted $50 each from us to be able to have lunch and an extra $50 each for dinner. We were expected to sit with no food or drink for 7 hours before our pick up time, or pay a fortune for facilities. No communal showers in sight to be able to change before a late flight so had to use toilets or rooms of a friend we had made on the trip. As with many other hotels in Sharm, there was a lot of pestering from people asking if we would like a tattoo, massage, spa visit, photographs taken, hold a parrot, ice creams, excursions (all of course for extra charge). This was more so at the beginning of our trip and a handful of them took a lot of telling ‘no’ to finally leave us alone to enjoy your holiday. Overall, I would likely return to the hotel if cheap and would be more prepared for the extra costs!!

It was very bad experience this time with easyjet holidays, the hotel xperience kiroseiz premier/Parkland should really really improve their standards of service if they are welcoming guests from UK. Very poor service, staff was so rude, no politeness, no smiles and no apology. Worst place. Buffet wasn't that great repeated dishes. Kids ended up getting food poisoning. Room need a big time maintenance, our shower drain was blocked since day one even after complaining multiple times to the reception no one came to fix it, so was air conditioning not working same story with that as well. Reception staff was so rude never helped with any queries, and FO cashier Samuel was the worst, always denied to do anything, he would always say come after 4-5 hours, so that he could push it to late shift. To my surprise guest relation Madonna also need to improve her communication she is not emphatic at all. The STAR of the hotel is guest relation Caroline she is the only person who really knows to give a well deserved standard service. F&B team Ahmed and Ashraf and whole team of waiters they were smiling the only place were we felt welcome. Both Ahmed and Ashraf were very good with the kids. And there one chef who always greet in spite of the language barrier every day how would learn some words of English. Couldn't get his name but his the one who stands behind the main buffet in atrium restaurant. Overall I would rate this place only 2 star one for Caroline and 1 F&B team.

Me and my family had a great time at this hotel. The staff were incredible and the animation was amazing. The food was great and the rooms were so clean. We went to Hard Rock Cafe with lily and we had the most incredible time. I 100% recommend doing the hard rock with the family and friends as it was the best night of our holiday. Lily was amazing our whole holiday and included us in everything. 10/10 stay and would come again.
