Me and My family had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were so clean and the atmosphere overall was great. The animation team was amazing. Especially Emily and lily, they always got us involved. Lily took us to hard rock and we had a great time. The atmosphere was incredible. The best day of our holiday.

Me and my family had a great time at this hotel. The staff were incredible and the animation was amazing. The food was great and the rooms were so clean. We went to Hard Rock Cafe with lily and we had the most incredible time. I 100% recommend doing the hard rock with the family and friends as it was the best night of our holiday. Lily was amazing our whole holiday and included us in everything. 10/10 stay and would come again.

The hotel overall was incredible. The staff was amazing and the food was good. The entertainment was amazing throughout our stay and the animation team got us involved in everything. We went to Hard Rock Cafe with Lily and she is incredible. She made us laugh, kept us entertained and was so energetic. Overall an amazing hotel and so worth the money.

Horrible Stay – Absolutely Disgusting Experience Review: This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The service was beyond terrible, the place was filthy, and everything felt neglected and unprofessional. The staff constantly waited for tips, especially a man named Alber, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Another staff member, Carlos, who was supposed to fix the air conditioner, behaved in a disgusting and intimidating way. His looks were inappropriate and made us feel very unsafe — we were two women alone, and he tried to scare us just because we called him again after the A/C broke for the second time. The air conditioning never worked, the room smelled like urine, and the food was absolutely awful. We both got stomach pain and an intestinal infection after eating at the hotel. To make it worse, even when my sister was sick, and we had already paid for all our meals, it took them over an hour and a half just to bring a few pieces of bread and some cheese. That is completely unacceptable. The response time from staff was painfully slow, the hygiene standards were nonexistent, and the entire place felt unsafe and unhygienic. I will never stay here again, and I strongly warn anyone — do not book this hotel under any circumstances, even if it’s free. It’s a disgusting place and a total disgrace.

Was okay the food was excellent but all-inclusive after 3 or 4 days was bland wanted something different so went out cheap taxis so can go anywhere, rooms were good 👍 and location was spot on not far from everything. Would I go back? Egypt most definitely but prefer HURGHARA to sharm el sheikh
