Nice hotel, great staff. Really nice service. Cleaners in room could be better but that might just be our cleaner as no one else seems to have an issue. Lovely pool, great entertainment. Especially the entertainment team who have been brilliant with our kids. Really nice hotel

Really nice hotel with some amazing staff and a great team. The hotel is spacious and provide service for all sorts of people. Our whole family have had a good holiday. The drinks are good however the cups are kind of small we have enjoyed the food and always found someone to eat however we do miss having pizza. The entertainment is good and has different entertainment all day long and that night time we really enjoyed the karaoke. Overall, the hotel is really good.

My partner and I spent our vacation at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The room was spacious, well-kept, and cleaned regularly — everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was there. The pool area quickly became one of our favorite spots. It was clean, with plenty of loungers, and had a lively yet laid-back vibe. Throughout the day, the animation team kept the energy up with fun activities and games — they’re full of enthusiasm and make it easy to join in. In the evening, we were treated to fantastic shows — different themes every night, with great performances and a vibrant atmosphere. After the shows, the fun didn’t stop — the DJ kept the party going with great music and a mix that suited all tastes. The bartenders also deserve a special mention — friendly, fast, and skilled at what they do. Every drink was served with a smile and tasted great. From check-in to check-out, the reception staff were professional and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful couples' getaway. The hotel strikes a great balance between relaxation and entertainment. We had a memorable time and would gladly return!

Really enjoyed my holiday at this hotel. The staff are also lovely and the great service. The entertainment team especially have been amazing. They’re also friendly and I get us involved in everything. We really enjoyed the cocktail games and the trip to hard rock with them. They definitely made a holiday. The place here is really good. The pools are large and there’s lots to do during the day.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and were satisfied! I'll start with nutrition — the food is just for every taste. There is always a large selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner: meat, fish, side dishes, fresh vegetables, fruits, sweets. I was especially pleased with the availability of dishes for children. Animators — special thanks! The guys are really trying, they hold games, contests, evening shows, and children's animation — they are at their best. The child was delighted, and we were at peace. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Always with a smile, ready to help and answer any questions. The check-in was quick, the reception explained everything, provided the necessary information. The room is cleaned every day, always clean, fresh towels and a bed. There were no complaints. The room itself is cozy, modern, everything was working properly, air conditioning, TV, plumbing. Overall, the impressions are very positive, I want to come back again. Suitable for both families and couples. We recommend it!
