Me and my family had a lovely time at this hotel. The food was so nice and everyone was so friendly. The bar staff were always asking us about drinks and if we needed anything and the animation were incredible. Lily took us to Hard Rock Cafe and it was the best night of the holiday. It made the stay amazing. 100% recommend

Not a 5 star at all. Very bad service, from reception to the housekeeping supervisor. You have to wait more than 1 hour for everything you ask for. Even when you ask for something there is always a "NO SORRY". Also they don't give you the full informations. The last night we knew there was a night club at the hotel. Because no one informed us. The hair at the bedsheets and pillow so disgusting. Black spot on the sheets. Mima the housekeeping and Islam is the best. The housekeeping supervisor must be replaced by someone more professional. All the restaurant staff were so friendly and professional.

Very good location , good entertainment by the pool. regular room service is fantastic by Mohammed, resorts private bus for private sandy beaches. Wonderful experience. Variety choice of food and drinks specially Egyptian pie chef Hanys freshly baked pie unforgettable. Love to visit again.

really nice hotel. such lovely people work here and they’re all so attentive. enjoyed going out with the animation reps to hard rock and disco. emily and lily have been incredible. nice atmosphere at the hotel, always something going on

My family and I had an amazing experience at this resort! The place is absolutely beautiful, with great facilities and plenty of services to enjoy. There are two main restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious food options, suitable for every taste. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. There are also convenient shuttle buses to the two main beaches, as well as to Naama Bay and Soho Square, which makes getting around very easy. Our room service was excellent, thanks to Ahmed Mohamed — always professional, attentive, and such a genuinely nice person. He really made our stay even more pleasant. We truly had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
