We've been twice this year, used the hotel as a base for a scuba trip. We last visited about 15 years ago, when it was a 3 corners resort. Location is a bit far out of Naama, about a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute egp150 taxi ride. Highlights: the staff are excellent, from the cleaners to the restaurant staff, the bar staff and the customer relations staff. The management too, with the catering managers always present and the hotel manager popping up everywhere. The food was varied, with a different theme every night, always managed to find something we liked. I would say that some people think that all-inc means you pile your plate/table with as much food as you can carry and leave most of it. Mostly the same people who ignore the tongs and grab the food with their fingers. 3 a-la-cartes (Italian, Indian & seafood), one visit to each per stay. Didn't use the aqua park, but it seemed popular. We were on the Premier side, which is quieter - most of the daytime activities were on the Parkland side. Evening entertainment was music or dance shows, enthusiastic animation team. Good value, we'll stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I have had all inclusive in different countries but I enjoyed this the most. The staff were very giving and helpful. The rooms were as advertised and spacious. Location not too close though.

I am quite shocked with the good reviews I have read, I feel like I stayed in a different hotel. We arrived at night the hotel seemed nice and staff were welcoming. Our room was nice and clean and our cleaner was amazing. However, I didn't feel this was a 5 star hotel at all. We had to ask for drinks in glass, not in tiny plastic cups, the dining area was a struggle to get clean cutlery and napkins, a few times I was told to sit down and waited over 15 mins while my food got cold. This was literall every meal time. All 14 of us had bad stomaches at some point, some of us still have bad stomaches now.. constantly being hassled for excursions, tattoos or massages everyday sometimes twice daily. We were only served efficiently if we had been tipping otherwise staff would ignore you. I spoke with customer relations about taking a plate of food to my room as my daughter was violently ill, and I needed to be with her. They refused. I could only take food up that I purchased outside the hotel. I asked about seeing a doctor and they wouldn't divulge how much it would cost until after the consultation, to find out after someone else had seen the doctor it cost £150! This was for eye drops and 15 mins. Even though the resteraunt didn't open til 8am, I was woken up every morning around 7am by the sound of cliff Richard and xmas songs. The hotel even did sound checks outside at random times about 2 or 3am waking us up thinking there was an earth quake. They only gave 1 room key per room and a couple of our party needed letting into our rooms after being locked out. We were made 2 wait nearly 30 mins on each occasion and they were very rude about it. The amount of flies and mosquitos were a joke, they didn't treat for insects at this 5* hotel, one of us got over 70 bites, we had to purchase insect plug ins for the rooms. They had a desk for taxis, they just ignored you or pretended to take a phone call to avoid speaking with you. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would say 90% of the staff were rude. The people have put me off going to Egypt again.
