Very nice stay, modern hotel with air-conditioned rooms and lobby where everyone can enjoy cold beer or cocktails after long day on the sun. Reception and hotel staff are very helpful, rooms cleand daily, maintenance issues resolved on the spot. Location is good with access to the sea through the underground tunel. And most importantly, all inclusive bar at the beach and plenty sunbeds. However, due to been located next very bussy road can be little bit noisy at times. The pool is great with slides and lifeguards available at most of the day, pool bar has a great selection of drinks/cocktails for adults and kids. Ice creams available 2h each day. It could be little bit longer but didn't caused us any issues throughout the stay. The pool toilets at times need more attention as, my Mrs's has complained few times about it. The restaurant was good with variety of foods available throughout the day. And most important there is medical assistance available in hotel First aid / paramedic professional. Strongly recommend for family holiday.

The service is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful. They are happy to have a chat at any time. The food is also really good, mostly the same sides however everyday there is a different main meal. The pool and the beach are really fun. The evening shows are also entertaining for both kids and adults, always manage to put smile on my face, never a bad moment. I would certainly recommend to everyone. The only downside is that it is quite far away from the airport but that is it. 😋🫶

Rooms are lovely and clean with air con included, they are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Hotel in general is beautiful. Staff very friendly and cannot do enough to help you. Entertainment team are really friendly & our little one loved the mini disco in the evenings. Good variety in evening entertainment. Pool is huge and slides are good. Kids club has different activities but does incur a charge of around €10 per activity - some are free. Lots of variety in terms of food but may not be to everyone's taste which we have found to be normal in most all inclusive resorts - we have always found something to eat. All in all we have had a great time!

Absolutely brilliant hotel! Do not believe any negative reviews! Staff really helpful. My particular favourite person was the lady at the beach making the delicious pancakes she works very ha4d and well deserving of a tip! We also had a sea view.

Hotel is lovely well presented, very clean and fresh and modern. Staff all seem happy and pleasant. The food and drink are the standard all inclusive pleasant enough but a little samey. The pools are big and clean and a nice temperature and the water slides are great for the kids. There is the standard early morning fight for sun beds at the main pool but there is a quieter annex pool at the rear of the hotel. Without sounding really old the entertainment music is far too loud to the point the speakers cant take it and become distorted and sound blown. A few downsides we have had its very difficult as a party of 6 to sit together at lunch and dinner and staff are to busy to ask. We have two rooms one with 2 elderly parents in and one with a family of 4, we went to reception twice to ask to upgrade to a family suite but we're told 1st time that he was new come back tomorrow to speak to an expert he didn't know what to do and the following day we were told that there was only a family suite if we would give up both rooms and all six if us to go to a suite and wouldn't be possible for just a family of 4, this was a little confusing. And the next visit to reception was to request an additional room key as one between 4 was proving difficult, the receptionist was a little rude in telling me that there were new guests expected and they are going to be dealing with them soon and they are priority. Little things that arnt really an issue but more of an annoyance. The location of the hotel is a bit of a let down, I imagine in 10 years time it will be a busy hotel area but at the moment its not got anything within walking distance eg shops restaurants anything touristy, but all excursions over free transfers. An honest and open review.
