Was skeptical before coming as had seen some negative reviews but honestly couldn’t fault the hotel and the staff. Lovely atmosphere the entertainment team definitely make the hotel. Get the best of both lively atmosphere with plenty entertainment during the day at the main pool and then relaxing, quiet atmosphere if preferred at the relaxed pool. Bar and snacks available at the main pool, relaxed pool and beach. Snack bars all have chips, burgers ect. Main restaurant had a good range of food choice for it being all inclusive. As a fussy eater it’s the first time I’ve been abroad and found food liked at every meal without the need to eat chips every night. Evening entertainment for kids and adults every night also with the exception of a Sunday being the entertainment teams day off. Ice creams, waffles and cakes also available at different points during the day. Overall a lovely time here with amazing, attentive staff.

Reception, I received was fantastic, service exceeds my expectation! Guest relation guy speaks fluently English, very polite, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is unmatched trust. First Solo trip and felt really safe. I love this hotel and am definitely coming back with my family soon.

Arrived here a week ago and our stay has been fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The evening entertainment is great too with something different on each night. Very kid friendly, my kids have had a great time.

We upgraded so we had a spacious, clean room on the second floor overlooking the sea . It had a Fridge with water replenished daily , no tea and coffee but always clean . Our safety deposit was broken which we reported 3 times and it was still broken when we left . As we were with others, we used their safe and this was free. Well worth it . There was something for everyone in our party . From the quieter pool, indoor pool and lobby bar with a lovely balcony looking out to sea . To the water slides , which open during certain times, as they are manned and the louder more active pool … annoying people reserving sun beds, but we always found somewhere to sit . Pebbly rocky beach accessed via the underpass, a with sun beds and shade . Beach shoes a must . Sea was quite rough and shelved steeply in places . . Lovely little beach bar for drinks . No food or snacks served there . Lots of choice at all meal times . However, Tricky sometimes as not all was labelled , which as a vegetarian I had to sometimes guess what I was eating, but always found something . We used the snack bar had waffles and ice cream in the afternoon and afternoon tea . We worked our way through the all inclusive cocktail list and made it for midnight soup a couple of times . It is quite a way from Alanya but it only cost 1.50 euro to get the local bus . There are some shops, cafes about 30 min walk, but it is by the side of a busy dual carriage way . All the staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful . The shops in the hotel - bags and clothes were well priced and really helpful too .

Definitely not a 5* hotel for sure ( travelled with family ) 1.hotel has a foul smell sometimes 2. All the hallway lights are kept off all the time it’s all dark throughout the day and night 3. Food is very limited I will attach pictures not much food that is tasty , very repetitive food. 4. All staff should be trained with safety precautions, INCIDENT that happened with my daughter cleaners kept constantly coming and mopping while we ate our meals and my daughter slipped and fell I think they should do all of this when the people are not present as it is not safe at all. 5. LOCATION middle of nowhere 2 hours away from airport 6. Room Cleaners are lovely and very kind and welcoming , however reception staff are not very welcoming and are all foreign speakers very hard to communicate with them 7. We wasn’t informed about any sort of events or anything about a theatre in block b ? 8. Some staff are very nice but very few more rude ones over nice I’d say 9. I was expecting a pool view as that’s what was advertised but we was given a very disappointing view , my kids was so upset with the view we got because they were excited for a pool view , we did try and resolve this but was told it was not possible . I don’t understand why the other side of view isn’t advertised. 10. Room service was good and fast 11. The service of WiFi is really bad in the rooms barely had WiFi. At all nothing loads only works well in the lobby 11. Overall i don’t think I would recommend or would go back
