The staff’s exceptional friendliness and attentiveness make you feel truly valued. With diverse dining options catering to all tastes and top-notch evening entertainment, the resort ensures a delightful culinary and leisure experience. The well-maintained pools and beautiful beach provide a serene escape. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

Just a wonderful experience, from the food and room to the amenities/beach. But most of all BIG congratulations to management for putting together such an amazing team: from the wonderful people at Guest Services (we asked A LOT of them, including an urgent doctor and pharmacy support due to a strained back) to the ace restaurant staff (we were so spoiled by the team at the front outdoor terrace and the far left back corner inside), the Fancy Land team, and especially housekeeping who found and returned the phone we initially didn’t know we had lost and was sent to us by car 🥹🙏 Just the biggest thanks to you all! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Visited during March so very much off peak. While it meant not quite hot enough to lie by the beach all day it did mean a very peaceful resort and unbelievably good price. Firstly despite the age of the building it is still very beautiful inside and well maintained. The attentiveness of every member of staff was incredible, you want or wait for nothing here and nobody could have been more helpful. Room was a good size with a huge bed. The quality of food and drinks are good when you consider it’s all inclusive and facilities are good here. I spent an amazing 3 days here, sad it wasn’t more but definitely think I will be back

We were thoroughly impressed by the remarkable quality of the hotel and the exceptional service provided by the staff. From our arrival to our departure, the attentive and cordial team ensured that all of our needs were met with utmost care. We lacked for nothing during our stay. The abundance of fresh fruit and salads, along with the meals prepared right before our eyes, were truly delightful. There was a diverse selection to cater to every palate, and we found no aspects to critique. We took it upon ourselves to sample a variety of cocktails, and they were a resounding success throughout our visit. The hotel maintained a vibrant atmosphere. The evening entertainment in the bar was outstanding, and the daytime staff exhibited such warmth and approachability that we engaged in a conversation with one of them for over an hour on one occasion. The sole downside of our experience was the necessity to depart. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a luxurious and indulgent retreat.

They have a amazing entertainment team, especially Willy. Willy knows how to give the guests a great time and he became a family friend. The service and food is also very good! 😃☀️
