Absolutely fantastic resort. Good food with plenty of choices, even for us as vegetarians. Hotel has its own private beach right on the sea front which is two minutes walk and fantastic. Service fantastic throughout and great entertainment team, especially Willy!! Would highly recommend.

Our 4-day stay over Easter 2024 had its ups and downs. The hotel's antique pool certainly stood out, providing a unique and impressive feature. However, our experience with the all-inclusive dining options didn't meet our expectations for a high-class hotel in Belek. The meals lacked variety, predominantly featuring dishes made from low quality minced meat, which we found to be a less desirable choice. Additionally, the hot weather made us seek refuge in air-conditioned spaces, but unfortunately, the system was non-functional in room. Upon inquiry, the reception informed us that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and couldn't be activated, offering only a propeller fan as a solution, which proved inadequate. Given these aspects, I find it difficult to recommend this establishment for those seeking the luxury and comfort typically associated with high-class hotels. I feel the stay did not justify the expenditure. It fell short of the high standards one would anticipate from a hotel of this caliber and price range.

Very good resort and friendly staff. The room was very spacious and also clean upon arrival and the food was very nice and also had some traditional turkish food as well. All and all I recommend families to come here either in the summer or fall. The facilities and pools are also amazing!

Absolutely awesome service and customer care. Specially for my request, hotel bought specific sports channel subscription so I could watch football match. Animation team is so nice and friendly that we could not wait to meet them next day (special thanks to Oksana, our daughter misses you already). Waiters service is world class too. The only thing, which I believe would make this place better is to turn on AC in the rooms (expected to be availible from May) as it was very warm April.
