Fantastic hotel which improves every time we stay there (this was our 4th time). Excellent value for money for larger families. Great free amenities for families with children including several pools, a kids club, free meals for children eating with adults and more. We love the kids suite with separate rooms for parents and child-friendly rooms for kids. Outstanding food choice & quality for breakfast and (buffet) dinner. This year (even) more healthy eating options were added. The food is delicious, handled safely (there is an open kitchen which looks impeccably clean) and so reasonably priced that we never eat outside. Cleaning is of an exceptional standard. The hotel grounds are quite compact, but beautifully maintained and efficiently planned. Even when the hotel is full it does not feel crowded. Older children can be easily left unsupervised. There is also plenty to do for adults between the beach, adult pool, gym, spa, group sports classes and more. But what stands out the most are the hotel staff, who are so welcoming and do their utmost to make guests happy. They seem to genuinely love working there (also the hotel managers seem super kind and service-oriented, and by now we know them all personally), which is very nice to see. We also appreciate it that the staff does not change and they now feel like part of family. It is hard to name everyone without excluding someone, but my children have formed an especially close bond with Bell, Katay, May, Opor and Nanny, my mother appreciated a lot the support from Maxim, and my father loved aqua aerobics classes with Bilel. Also I have been coming to Thailand since 25 years and in my view it has much improved in terms of infrastructure, sustainability, animal cruelty and working conditions. This hotel is a good example of this improvement.

A Honeymoon Nightmare – I’ve seen better organization in a hospital! We chose this hotel for our honeymoon during peak season, paying a very high price, expecting a 5-star romantic experience. Instead, we got a noisy, disorganized, and frustrating stay. If you are a couple, stay away. The "Sunstroke" Breakfast Experience: The management of the dining room is a disaster. Every morning, we had to wait in a long, slow-moving line outside under the burning sun just to get a table. Even in a hospital, I don’t have to wait in such lines under the sun! Being forced to stand in the heat, surrounded by the non-stop screaming and crying of children, is not how anyone wants to start a honeymoon morning. Rude Staff & Feeling Insulted: The service is far from 5 stars. At the egg station, when I asked for a specific omelet, the female staff member got angry and started mumbling in Thai. It felt like she was cursing at me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Although another chef eventually stepped in to help, the damage was done. I shouldn't feel insulted while asking for breakfast on my vacation. Poor Maintenance: We even had to call the lobby to beg for towels because the cleaners didn't leave any. This is basic service that I paid for! Furthermore, the pool was constantly dirty with leaves from the trees, and the water itself did not look clean. It was clear that the pool wasn't being maintained or cleaned properly. Bottom line: On our final day, we checked out without breakfast because the food and the atmosphere were so bad. This is a playground for families, not a resort for couples. We wasted a lot of money and our honeymoon was ruined. If you want a quiet, clean, and respectful vacation—do not book here.

What a wonderful stay! Our family loved this resort - well appointed and clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, warm and welcoming staff, awesome breakfast buffet and great family friendly fun (pools, kids club, etc). The location is pretty good though it's a hot 8 minute walk up to the main street. There are taxis on your doorstep though with prices starting at 200 baht. The only small request would be to make it clear the swim up bar is in the adult pool as this was one of the reasons I booked the hotel but we couldn't use it as we have children. Other than that, a great stay and would definitely return

Just coming to end of a fantastic 15 night stay. Hotel superb, staff brilliant, ten minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Hotel food good and reasonably priced for hotel, particularly the Thai dishes. Hopefully will come back in the future, absolutely recommend the hotel, lovely pools and garden dens. Getting busier now approaching Xmas but staff working hard to keep guests happy.

Before Arrival The hotel is located near restaurants and convenience stores, but the entrance is a bit hard to find. It would be great if they could install a large sign at the mouth of the alley. Parking is limited—about 10 spaces—and most guests are international tourists. Check-In Check-in was fast and efficient. The lobby is comfortable, with self-service drinks available at all times next to the reception. The welcome drink was fruit juice. Room I booked a standard room located near the lobby, which was convenient. All rooms are close to the pools since there are several on the property. The room itself was quite new, with two pillows per bed—one soft and one firm, though both felt similarly plush. I was satisfied with almost everything except the bathroom. The shower pressure was very low, making it less enjoyable. As many others have mentioned, the bathroom is small and lacks a partition for the wet zone, so the entire area stays wet. The toilet is positioned next to a frosted glass panel, which makes it awkwardly visible. At night, a bright light near the power outlet was glaring and uncomfortable. Facilities Although the hotel isn’t very large, it offers complete amenities, making everything easily accessible. The dining area includes both open-air and air-conditioned options. Next to the restaurant are a ping-pong table and a small library with computers for work or games. There are three main swimming pools: - The first, near the lobby, is curved and has a net for ball games. Beside it is a small kids’ club with a sandbox for building sandcastles. - The second pool, next to the restaurant, features a water slide of moderate height—fun to use without being tiring to climb. - The third pool is by the beach and reserved for adults; children are not allowed. Next to it are a pool bar and a seafood restaurant. A short walk leads to the beach, which is sandy and free of rocks—perfect for swimming. Breakfast The breakfast menu changes daily, offering a wide variety of tasty dishes in generous portions. Food rarely runs out, as it’s replenished regularly. Seating is ample. For Thai guests, I highly recommend the rice noodles (kanom jeen)—the curry sauce is rich and flavorful. Unlike typical shops where the ratio is 80% soup to 20% fish, here it’s reversed: 80% fish to 20% soup. I’m already craving another round! Service The staff were very attentive and made Thai guests feel just as welcome as international visitors. It was a refreshing change from some hotels that seem to overlook local tourists. Check-Out Check-out was quick and smooth. I was very impressed and would definitely return. This hotel is located next to a popular resort with a water park, but the atmosphere is completely different. While that resort is lively and bustling, this one offers a calm, relaxing, and comfortable experience.
