We had a wonderful stay at X10 Khao Lak Beach Resort! Thank you to all the staff for making our vacation so special — full of fun and relaxation. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the amazing staff at the Kids Club — our son had the best time ever there! We truly appreciate everything and would love to come back someday.

This is by far the best resort living experience in my life. Staff are welcoming and super friendly, if you need room service for food they can offer you for 24hrs, swimming pools are massive and kids friendly, you have SPA massage, kids play room, fitness room, you name it. It is heaven for family trip, it also gets easy access to the high street, only takes 10 mins by walk, it has all the western and eastern food and recreation! 10 stars recommended!

Excellent resort, absolutely gorgeous people. Daily activities like aqua fitness, yoga, bingo, karaoke, etc. Food is amazing. Just a little out of the way but walkable, approximately 500m to the main road. Plenty of taxis or a shuttle 3 times a day from the resort and return. 50 baht per passenger. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent hotel, loved every day of our holiday here. Wish we could stay longer! 5 very happy children, facilities were great pools, entertainment, and a variety of activities. We ate breakfast everyday at the main restaurant. The breakfast had options for everyone with a wide selection of food, and drinks available. Also, the main buffet in the evening also provided a wide variety of starters mains, and deserts. Must recommend the smoked salmon when ordering from the main menu 🤌 The service at the main restaurant was exceptional, all staff very helpful and welcoming. Sorry I am not very good at remembering all names, but May, Opor, and the rest of the staff see to our every need and was really good with our children. This allowed us to feel really relaxed during a time which can often be stressful with little fussy eaters and a loud 5 year old lad on the ASD spectrum.

We stayed at X10 Khao Lak for two weeks in April. We had a kids/family suite with pool access, which was really nice. The room was spacious and clean. Every evening, housekeeping came by and gave our kids milk and cookies – a sweet and thoughtful detail we didn’t expect. The location was perfect for us, and the beach was beautiful. The pool areas were great too. The hotel restaurants were also very good. Prices were a bit higher than in town, but the quality was also higher, so we didn’t mind. The gym was well-equipped, with plenty of weights and machines – more than enough for a holiday workout. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and happy to assist when needed. One improvement I would suggest is the kids’ club. We missed activities suitable for the youngest children, and the staff’s engagement with the kids could sometimes have been better. The hotel grounds were lush and green, and in our opinion, X10 had the nicest beachfront compared to the other hotels along the beach. Overall, a great hotel for a family or friends’ vacation.
