Amazing family hotel good for all ages our family and kids really enjoyed the hotel they never once bored too many things to do daily activities are so fun to join darts Zumba yoga pool games etc entertainment team absolutely top notch they do work hard always smiling atakan he is so nice and kind person he do his best funny making us laugh and enjoy our holiday borat he is funny we love his socks and his personality he brings the vibe to this hotel firat he is amazing and funny irem she is great huru she is good isa manager of the entertainment team he is so good leading his team he created the perfect team we will definitely coming back

First night now power at all. Second and third night not water at all. Martin from Jet2hol helped us change the room. Now we have to walk 15 min to restaurant , before was only 2 min. Food is good, Staff friendly but the reception was not very willing to help in solving the situation with electricity and water. Martin from Jet2holidays helps in every situation, even if there is a problem in the evening. I am on holiday with Jet2holidays again and it is probably one of the worse hotels I have stayed in Turkey so far, but I will continue to choose Jet2holidays as a travel agency because I am satisfied with their service, help and support and I will recommend them to friends looking for a holiday. Next time I'll choose a hotel, I'll follow different guidelines. Here, I was guided by the number of good reviews, and while I was there, I don't know where they came from. Maybe it will be better when the season is in full swing, but right now, in my opinion, it's clear they're not ready to accommodate so many guests.

We booked and paid for a Junior Suite upgrade but arrived to find ourselves placed in a dirty basement apartment with broken furniture, filthy sofa and beds, rubbish at the entrance, and stray dogs outside. The kitchen cabinets were even zip-tied shut. It felt unsafe and completely unacceptable. When we raised this at reception, the two staff on duty were rude, dismissive, and refused to help—telling us to “come back at 9am tomorrow.” No apology, no effort, nothing. As two ladies in our 60s, we were distraught and seriously considered paying for another hotel just to salvage our holiday. ✨ The light at the end of the tunnel was Martin, our Jet2 Representative. After explaining everything, he immediately took control, even contacting the hotel manager at home. Thanks to his persistence, we finally received the Junior Suite we had booked—one that accommodated my disabilities and gave us the quality time we had been looking forward to. Without Martin’s intervention, our experience would have been a disaster. Huge thanks to him for saving our holiday. The hotel itself needs to take a long, hard look at its customer service. We at least deserve that curtesy. Please 🙏.

Stayed here for a week, many good points. few areas where it can be improved. Main restaurant food was good - lot of selection and live cooking. Rooms were spacious, private beach and it’s said 12:30-4pm for snacks but when we went at 3 food was closed! Overall we had a good time - Thanks to all staff.

The concept of Unique is fabulous, set 1000m above sea level, the views are breathtaking!!! Main restaurant food was good with plenty of choice, the Turkish A La Carte was superb!!!, the cleanliness around the pools should be better, drinks and snack bar food left out overnight, the snack food was served lukewarm, we were edging towards not wishing to return here until we went to the resorts beach club, that place blew us away and completely changed our minds, we will be back.
